Signs for vending or even an ice machine either aren't visible or don't exist. This made finding drinks difficult for people without a vehicle.

Room was clean but smelled Staff was average but when checking in lady was super slow and our keys didn’t work twice. Parking lot was a bit dark. The elevator was out of service the entire stay and no one was even there working on it. No ice machine

Kind and courteous staff. The bed was as hard as a rock and caused me back pain when I've never had back issues. The shower head barely put out any water. There was no hairdryer which I've never seen a hotel not have.

Unkept, room was not very clean, no washcloths, no conditioner, no ice. There were suction cups that were keeping one of the dresser drawers closed.There was what we believe was a homeless person in the lobby with a fake baby. The whole hotel and room smelled bad. Another guest was leaving the same time we were and he said "this certainly was not the best choice of a hotel" which tells me we were not the only ones that were disappointed.Grab and go breakfast was disappointing. When we arrived, the check in person was working diligently trying to help us, and others, to get taken care of, with a positive attitude.

Nice place for the price. The elevator didn’t work which made it difficult to haul luggage to the second floor. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean.

To much stuff to write it was horrible. First night O arrived the elevator panel was dislodged exposing wires. I pushed it in place so nobody gets shocked. I get to the second floor and it stocked so bad like wet dog fur because it was raining and the place allows pets not to speak about the barking. From the broken remote control to the broken elevator day I left having to carry my luggage down two flights of stairs!!!!!

I would have liked an exercise facility. If you were staying a couple of days you could cook your own food as there is a small kitchen area.

No public washroom

Two night stay. Easy access to and from I 70. My only suggestion would be hairdryers in each unit.

The hotel is really bare-bones. No exercise room. No amenities in room as far as coffee maker or even lighting or places to sit. The “breakfast” offered was below minimal. This is, (at best)’ a place to sleep. We reserved a room with 1 king bed. We got 2 double beds.

It was horrible the worst experience I have ever had. The bathroom had black mold the room smelled so bad.

I wanted to give them a chance but this was horrible. Customer service lady didn’t want to help and was really slow coming to the lobby. My room was absolutely filthy but I wasn’t sweating it. I called the lady upfront for some cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself, but she didn’t want to and said to take it up with management in the morning. I left to pick up some cleaning supplies myself but when I came back I discovered a used towel with red and pink stains all over it on top of the clean towels in the bathroom. At that point I gave up on trying to take a shower in that dirty tub. I couldn’t trust anything to actually be clean and the employee wouldn’t help at all. I normally don’t write reviews, even with bad experiences, but this was just too bad.

Roaches

Very noisy ,needed updated , dirt on ceiling and carpet was filthy.

Terrible smell Sheets looks like haven’t been washed in months Sticky countertop, bathroom didn’t look like it was clean before

The continental breakfast was a joke. Dogs barking continuously. I had to go to the desk for everything (dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, pots/pans, dish drainer, sponge to wash the dishes, dish soap, etc). They didn’t even ask to clean my room. I asked if someone could come up to get my trash and they wouldn’t even do that. Someone was smoking Marijuana every day. There were at least three no smoking signs at the main entrance and residents didn’t care saying it’s not against the law to smoke. When we asked the manager about it he said I can’t make them stop. I think they were also smoking in the rooms. The whole place had a horrible smell. I had to buy an air freshener for my room to even tolerate sleeping. The soap and complimentary shampoo was also useless. I would like a response to my comments and the main phone number for extended stay America so I can talk to them as well.

The following items were not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. too The drain in the tub did not hold water. The drapes did not fit the window width, and the curtain was hanging off of the hooks from the top. The microwave started sparking when we were heating a cup of water and would have caught on fire if we weren’t watching. The room smelled like cat urine, and skunk from the neighbor smoking marijuana. The room is set up with the kitchen but there was absolutely nothing. I think it should already be equipped with the things you need for a kitchen. I had to go down and get a can opener to open a can and ended up having to go down twice to get a different can opener because it didn’t work. I finally had to bring the can down to the desk to have them open it for me. there was no service to our room for the week we were there. If we wanted new towels, we had to turn in our used towels at the front desk. we selected the hotel because it had no smoking policy for the whole property. It was very obvious that they were smoking inside the building. There are multiple signs at the entrance saying no smoking Within 100 feet. That was definitely not being enforced, and when my husband asked the manager, he told him they do not enforce it because it is not against the law to smoke. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty towels in the bathroom, beard trimming in the sink, trash cans still had trash in them. We came in town for a soccer weekend and so happy we literally just had to lay our heads down for 1 night. Would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Wish I would have taken pictures to show my husband. I had a free hotel stay through my Hotels.com account and I’m overwhelmingly disappointed I picked this one.

I like the kitchen in the room. Employees are very helpful. Toilet always clogs no matter what you do. The tv channels are limited but at least they do have some good channels. The tv is difficult to use cause the remote barely works. Some ups some downs but not a bad place to stay over all.

Woke up to water all over the bathroom floor. Appears to be leaking from the room directly above.

Having a kitchen was the reason for staying there otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else because it is very outdated for the price. Staff was nice

I liked the location to the venue I was attending. I did not like how noisy it was.

We checked in after 11pm and Kenyada was nice and ready to help. She told us where to park our truck with trailer. The room was spacious. Clean and most comfortable bed Air was efficient too. Theres a sticker on bathroom mirror with all points of a clean room inspection. If by this way we will choose to stay here

Someone had recently smoked in the room I was given. The air conditioning did not work and the windows were open upon arrival. I requested to be moved due to the a/c not working. I was informed that there were no more double occupancy rooms therefore my son and I were placed in 2 different rooms. The lobby smelled of weed as soon as you walked in. People that “lived” there were always hanging around near the elevator and entrances. The key card locks on the door only worked 60% of the time. A fire alarm in the hallway was almost dead and chirped the entire time we were there. I would not recommend this facility and will not stay again.

Disappointed. The tv didn’t work on check in. I was told the next day no maintenance staff until Monday Thus was on a Friday. Moved to new room tv worked put the sheets were stained. I was told no housekeeping until Monday. I had to get a set from the front desk and change myself.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. . . more than most inns or hotels. The price was right. The bathroom was so small I had to stand sideways to close the door to get to the shower. The shower provided only a modicum of water analogous to not having to run to keep from getting wet in a light rain.

Great area. I'm close to the lobby. I can hear people constantly talking. But it's very loudly and they are laughing non-stop for hours. It has to be the desk person and or another worker along with residents

An interesting "room" as it was quite large and had a full kitchen. It was far more than we needed as this was just an overnight.

Front lobby attendants were very polite and helpful.

I love the welcoming greetings and smiles; feels genuine beyond the bar of professionalism… Front desk staff are accommodating, patient and very courteous. I would definitely recommend this particular Extended Stay

Management and customer service was excellent they were very responsive to my concerns and request. Staff was very friendly to us as well. I will definitely be staying with them again.

Front desk staff was amazing

They gave me false information so I became unable to check-in and the staff were rude and unhelpful.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. We wanted to check in early and she went to check if there was anything open and she found us a room that was ready. Very accommodating and great customer service. Thank you!

The front desk attendant was extremely helpful with checking in and answering questions about the dining and shopping in the area of the hotel.

First of the gentlemen who checked us in was very polite and kind but when I asked for extra towels I was told by a lady ( English being her second language) that I couldn’t ask for more towels because I didn’t have my dirty towels to give her and a very Rude attitude she also informed me had to change my own sheets…what? And take out my own trash to the dumpster.what? The breakfast was a muffin and a packet of dried oatmeal and coffee. It was Very noisy from the couple fighting next to us at night. There was bits and pieces of trash everywhere in the hallway.we stay here once before this and thought we could give it another chance but never again! And the room was another thing- carpet made my white socks black. The curtains were coming apart. The refrigerator door handles were cracked and broken. There was a leak underneath the sink. Yes I did report these issues but nothing came of it. Very very disappointing stay.

Safe and quiet

The location is convenient. There are restaurants, stores and gas stations close by.

It’s very convenient off I-70. Very clean. David at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in later in the evening. He helped a With all of accommodations we needed for the night.

Property was conveniently located near the highway and down the street from a car rental agency.

Scared when it was dark out, scetchy people around. I did not like that, being alone woman. I won’t be back here, but once in the room ok and safe. Just don’t go out after dark or alone. My opinion

Actually, I was surprised of the overall condition of the hotel Staff was super friendly. The breakfast sucked and I picked up a coffee immediately at 10 o’clock. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t leave coffee out for people, but beach is on a lot of dirt and debris in the hallways. Just look like they vacuum very often in the hallways, but the room condition overall in good shape really good shape Matter of problems like the coaxial cable on the back of the TV and the fan monitor in the bathroom that I alerted the staff about the problems

Good deal for the price. However, I think a few things could improve. It is great to have a kitchen, but you could allow guests to borrow pans, cups, plates and utensils, because without them there is no use for a kitchen. Also, you could give an option of a paying for a continental breakfast.

Very good experience overall. I wish breakfast was more than bagels and granola bars.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, large and comfortable bed. Only negative was breakfast was quite lacking.

Only disappointment was Hotels.com said there was breakfast. Yes there was, but only coffee, stale muffins and breakfast bars. A grab and go breakfast. That was not what was expected.

I was disappointed in the Continental breakfast, which was just coffee and granola bars. Also the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

For an extended stay facility I was disappointed about breakfast service, instant oatmeal and muffins! Room looked like carpets needed cleaning with several stains on floor and bathroom the toilet looked like cigarette ashes in bowl and on back of seat with no sanitary paper wrap normally found
