Great house and location to host a multi-family getaway. The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also large common room spaces for everyone to come together. The house is very “bare bones.” Linens are provided but I wish we would had brought our own to be more comfortable. Overall, a great vacation rental.

Eugene is excellent host. Always responsive and helpful. This is 2nd year in a row for this house and plan to come back. Perfect house for large gatherings.

If I could rate this stay 10 stars I would. Eugene is an excellent host and very accommodative. Would recommend walking around the floors with socks or slippers as your feet would get pretty dirty but other than that everything else was great.
