Garden Apartment in a Georgian Town House in London

Stayed here with friends for the weekend and had a great time. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The property was spotless and had all the facilities required to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The garden is amazing and the location is excellent, being close to numerous tube stations and bus stops. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cozy flat in vibrant south london! Great amenities and lovely English garden with two sweet and friendly dogs! Easily accessible via bus or underground tube! The owners are kind and accommodating we appreciated the fans during the London heat wave of 2026 :) highly recommended property for a home away from home! We look forward to returning!

This home base made our vacation so much better! Usually, when I travel, the room is just a place to rest my head. Griffin House let me relax and unwind after a busy day. The hosts met us at the door the first day, explained everything and we didn't see them again until our last day. It was clean with every amenity I could ask for, including a washer and dryer! The beds were comfortable and not cardboard like most hotels. I sat in the garden every evening, it was quiet, cool and relaxing. Its situated close to the tubes, for easy travel, with a small store right across the street thats open late. The hosts offered amazing suggestions for food, and travel. 10/10 would stay here again.

We were happy to find a flat in London for our family which included a beautifully planned lush garden space. The queen bed and twin bedrooms were super comfortable. The kitchen included everything that we needed, even a dryer. Quick walk to the Stockwell tube on the Victoria line. Great communication with our host! Many thanks!
