Cottages at Siesta Key Inn

We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The pool area was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Got there and the door was open and a lot of bugs had came in the room due to the lights being left on. I arrived pretty late so had no choice to take the room

I loved how welcoming the staff made it fell to stay at the Azul. Our room was very clean and we loved that they provided beach towels as we had none. We utilized the private pathway to the beach and the laundry room to its fullest. We also loved the peacefulness the pool area had. Our experience was so great we wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend a stay at Azul.

My wife left her specialty pillow on the bed. We called the afternoon we realized it had been left behind and offered to pay to have them ship it to her. We called daily for three days. According. To three different people we spoke to on the phone who were going to contact the housekeeper it was not found. It was nothing like a regular pillow easily identified as not their property. So the only conclusion that can be drawn is that either they were not willing to actually try to locate it, or they employ a thief in their housekeeping department. All I got was some lip from one person quoting their “we’re not responsible for personal items.” Glad there was not a daily clean up when all of our belongings were sitting in the open. Very poor customer service. On top of that good luck locating the check in office positioned way back on the side of the building with little signage to direct you.
