The hotel was not clean the room was ok but needs a lot of work the pool area was dirty the floor look like it was never clean the hallway was freezing and needed to be clean the hotel needs a lot of up grades breakfast was good and the lady server was very helpful and pleasant

Hot tub never worked came on but thats it only 2 jets worked. Andrea was pleasant the other lady Terrible. Charged my card a non authorized charge. Trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in a while. Beautiful view of the lake out our window. Clean rooms and nice smelling soaps. Hotel pool and hot tub were in wonderful condition and very clean. Great breakfast in the morning. We will be staying here again for sure!

The hotel must be under new management because we have stayed here numerous times and this time was a big disappointment. Just to name a few, elevator broken and our room was originally on the 3rd floor floor but asked receptionist to give us a room on the first floor but they could only offer 2nd floor. My sister has very bad knees and had to carry all her things and help her. One of the doors by the pool was broken. The whirlpool water looked dirty. Our room's bath room door didn't close, the night stand table was broken and fell to the side, the bathtub was very unsafe, the tub did not have a flat surface, making it unsafe for my sister with the bad knees to shower. The phone in our our room was broken with no dial tone. I reported it to front desk and they said the would put it on the list. The food was terrible! Looked like it was reheated from a few days go! Hope they improve!

This hotel is dirty and well past the time for a renovation. The carpeting in the room was grimy. The elevator made a loud noise each time it ran. The room was noisy from the AC unit and street noise because the windows were ill-fitting. I'm surprised this hotel is part of the Hilton chain.

We were somewhat disappointed by our stay this time. We (and many other family members) were staying here after our nephew’s wedding. The first room we were given had never been cleaned… the lights were on, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor, the bed was unmade, and the window was open. We knew the hotel was full, but Andrea couldn’t have been nicer and found us an upgraded room. Unfortunately, the carpeting and bathroom floor of this second room were dirty and the shower door didn't close well. All of this was very unusual and disappointing as a Hampton Inn is usually our go-to hotel due to their consistent quality.

Older hotel getting updated. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was updated and very clean. When making reservations, only doubles were available. When we checked in I asked if any kings had opened up and we were given a king. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was next to elevator therefore noisy. I was on the top floor and it seemed as though some sort of equipment on the roof (air handler maybe) made certain things vibrate in the room. The AC unit in the bedroom blew air directly across the bed and wasn’t adjustable. The hotel is badly in need of updating. Breakfast was decent.

The room we were in needed some updates- especially the bathroom- there was a hole in the ceiling and a metal piece coming away from the ceiling as well. The only reason we noticed it was because it was reflected in the mirror. Other than that, no complaints.

Overall, everything was delightful. The temperature of the biscuits and gravy could have been slightly hotter. But we had a terrific time and Andrea the midday front desk person was super great!

Our fault for unknowingly booking a handicapped accessible room & our fault for not asking for something else. Uncomfortable staying in a room with features we didn’t need that perhaps someone else did. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was versatile with an amazing person that went out of her way to accommodate. Above and beyond. Downside is not very walkable to anything.

Overall, everything was delightful. The temperature of the biscuits and gravy could have been slightly hotter. But we had a terrific time and Andrea the midday front desk person was super great!

We stayed for three breakfasts. It was enjoyable because each day there was a new egg entree with different sides as well. Everything was delicious, the ladies servicing the area were pleasant, friendly, efficient in making sure food was replaced and even picked up our dirty plates to dispose for us. The poppyseed scones were YUMMY!!

Hotel needs update, light in bathroom burned out. Only one person working in the morning. Most breakfast items gone by 7:30am. No one working the breakfast area to replenish items. Coffee pots empty. People disgruntled in the breakfast area.

We noticed the elevator was out of order. However that did not affect us because our room was on the main floor. At breakfast, a guest asked for more milk, but they had ran out of it. Our room number was 103 in South Haven. Anyways, the door was very hard to open and very hard to close when leaving the room to go out. And it was super loud as well. But overall the stay for very satisfactory, clean rooms, very nice staff. And the bed was so very comfortable.

The hotel was poorly maintained but relatively clean. Our mattress felt like sleeping in a bowl. It was worn out and needed replaced. The TV console cabinet was falling apart. The desk had a sticky trim all around that couldn't be cleaned off. The bathroom trim wall was missing. The bathtub had pink and orange mildew around the rim of the tub. The elevator wasn't working and appeared to not be working for a long period of time. For a Hampton Inn and the price of the stay and location, it should be in better condition. The staff was friendly and helpful doing the best they could with the circumstances. If we would have known the conditions of the facility,we would have picked a different one.

We did not get the room that we booked at hotels.com. We were supposed to have a room with a sofa bed instead we were given two queen beds. They told us they would be able to move us the following day then they turned around and said there was no availability. Make sure when you book going forward that they guarantee that the room that you book for is a room that you get also the hot tub kept leaking how to keep filling it almost every day they need to do a better maintenance job.
