Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, South Haven, MI

It was just what I expected when I booked it and a great, easy access location. Just wish the elevator was working.

Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable and staff were helpful. I would stay here again

The place this soo disgusting and dirty!! They don’t clean the rooms even when you specifically request them to do so. The elevator has been down for two weeks. The bathroom stinks like mold. The heating systems filters were extremely dusty and full of lint and who knows what else. Do not recommed

It was a horrible stay. To start-the bathroom had molds by the tub. The shower gel canister was empty. the room smelled awful. The pool was disgusting. Water was hazy. Worst part- the breakfast! There was no food left by 9am. Some bagels only. No cups or plates too. The coffee looked like tea. The drain for the juice was never washed. It was disgusting. There was only 1 staff working by the breakfast area. Poor guy was doing everything for the entire guests in the hotel. No help sent even we’ve been asking the front desk. Very poor management. Will never stay here again. The only good thing was comfortable bed and pillows.

Parking was fine. The breakfast wasn't so good. Although they do have waffle makers, fresh bananas, plain bagels, and biscuits and gravy, they didn't have other things that are typically included (eggs, danish, muffins, hot cereal). We waited for hot coffee. The rooms need extensive updating as there were ripped shades, spots on the furniture, mildewed and peeling grout, dripping faucet, shower hardware not flush with the wall, no sink stopper...
