Bed bugs!!!! We left our stay early due to bed bugs in our room.

Front desk manager is extremely rude and creepy. As a woman I would not recommend staying here. The guy stares at you and stalks you. When finally confronted about his behavior he says he is just managing. The creepy staring and following you up to your room is extremely dangerous and not okay!

I had to go to the desk to get my own sheets for the pull out bed , as they didnt have anyone to bring them up. Also, the pool wasnt heated, so none of us could go swimming. The room was clean.

The staff was horrible. She literally was on her personal phone all night sitting down and didn’t want to call a manager to help. The pool area was just as cold in there as it was outside. The pool water was freezing. They just kept saying it’s not heated pool. Well duhhhh but it shouldn’t feel like your ice fishing either. You couldn’t even sit in the pool room the room was freezing..the vent was blowing out cold air instead of heat. It’s horrible. I would NEVER stay there again. When I ask to die a compliant they just gave me a piece of paper and claim they would give it to manager. No one wanted to call manager. What hotel you know the managers are not on call on weekends? This place is so unprofessional and the host( front desk) workers smelled so bad. Do not book there.
