Nice staff wish pool was working

We could not get the water on in the shower. When we called front desk, staff member was very rude. She insisted it worked but had to be pulled and twisted. Both my husband and I tried to the point of fear of breakage. She did offer to come and prove it but neither of us were dressed. Upon checkout, housekeeping came to room and was able to pull with both hands and get water on. She was very pleasant and apologetic. Very disappointing!

Pool was out of commission, and my Cable TV kept going out, but the room was clean, and quiet.

I had a very nice day here. Perry was very nice and helpful. The room was great, with an awesome view of the lake. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, but the bed was lumpy. There were no bedside lamps so I bought one at the store. The fridge froze anything you put in it. There was no dial to adjust the coldness. We asked the front desk to send someone to fix it, but no one came. The room had been part of a car accident so the outer door did not have a key card access.
