From broken towel racks and dresser drawers to leaking refrigerators, to loose toilet seats, smelly, not clean elevator to cigarette butts all over the outside area (have they not heard about ash trays?) to a manager who was never there, it was a nightmare. They did refund the last 4 nights of our stay (we stayed the first night...awful and tried to check out on 8/15 in the afternoon but the front desk was closed and no one was there. This location needs a complete renovation! The kitchens were old and shabby, no way of stopping up the sink to wash dishes. No stopper in the bathroom sink, no working exhaust fan and the hooks on the back of the beat up bathroom door (which would not close all the way) were installed right at the top of the door! I'd need a ladder to use it! The staff was nice and Ken on our check in tried to find us a nice room to stay in (one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we couldn't close the door fast enough.) Put this down to being nothing as it is online on their webside.

We arrived to the facility at 230pm where nobody was at the desk. Where the checkin was had a Metal security door that was shuttered over and all of the numbers we contacted just kept ringing. We then waited until checkin time to where nothing had changed and even someone onsite you had managements number also could not get ahold. We then had to find new hotel arrangements and were still charged for our non-stay. We will never be staying at any Extended stay location again as after hours on the phone the same day trying to cancel and find new accommodation they were unable to assist.

the staff is so kind and patient — the best best place to stay for extended periods of time. They aren’t mean or pushy at all, just pure kindness. So grateful for this restorative stay and rest!

Staff is great , lots of smiling of all sorts oof things in the non smoking bldg lots of noise in the bldg , nothing is enforced.

We ended up not even staying here, there is no lobby just a stinky hallway with a desk. The check-in was the most disrespectful experience I have ever encountered. She outright told me to hurry up as she had other things to do, even though she did not have my online reservation and had no idea who I was. The smell was terrible and other guests were complaining about the poor service and dirty rooms while I was standing there. The internet misrepresents this hotel to the max, do not believe what it says!!
