Herrliches River View Haus

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend at a nearby venue. Beautiful views of the river, beautiful historic house that is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host (and crew) is very responsive and attentive.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this riverfront property in Wrightsville! The home had everything our group needed for our family reunion. It was clean, spacious, and private with enough room for the 30 or so guests that visited over the weekend.The interior featured 2 living areas. Both had large TVs and couches. This was particularly nice for the kids, who had their own area for hanging out away from the adults. The kitchen and attached dining room were both roomy and accommodated the entire group. The bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and quiet. Both bathrooms in the house also provided plenty of space for guests. The parking situation was particularly helpful as there was room for up to 10-12 cars if you parked them correctly.The outdoor space was especially enjoyable. The fam had a great time relaxing on the deck, soaking in the views of the Susquehanna River during the day, and spending time around the fire pit in the evenings. The fire pit and hot tub really added to the enjoyment. The hot tub was clean, easy to use, and in a private location behind the house. Sitting around the fire with the family in the evening was awesome.The location was great. We had peaceful surroundings, and everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and respectful. We primarily stayed on the property, so we did not get to explore much of the surrounding areas.Overall, this was a great place for our group to gather and unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great place to sit on the front porch and look out at the river. And very private in the back. The historic element gave the house lots of charm.

We all really enjoyed our stay In this beautiful home in an amazing location. It had everything we needed and more. You can tell all of the hard work & love put into this home. We fell in love with this area & are hoping to visit again. Thank you.
