At first glance place looked bad. The lobby was dated, and the stairs and hallways needed new carpet, as it was very stained. I was not looking forward to opening the door to my room! To my shock, the room was clean and fresh. After talking with the front desk clerk, the inn was acquired not to long ago, and they started rehab on the rooms first. They are continuing to rehab. Great place if you are going to Southwick for the races. Surprisingly wonderful!!!!

While the room itself was clean, the hallways were not. The rug was dirty and old and needs replacing. The staff was wonderful but when we arrived, the smell of weed permeated the lobby and hall. By bedtime, the smell had invaded our room as well.

Helpful and friendly staff checked us in. Stairs were very dirty, but room was pretty clean. Beds were ok. Room had a small refrigerator and microwave but no table for eating other than a desk that seated one person, and there was one other chair, so it was an awkward setup for our family eating takeout in the room balancing food on our laps while sitting on the bed. Had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom, and for blankets for the sleeper sofa to be brought up although I had booked a room that sleeps 5 and the reservation was for 5 people. They did not have enough towels in the room for 5 people though. Room was huge and breakfast was small but had a variety of items like yogurt, bagels, omelettes and sausage. It works well for a short stay.
