Needs updating, we stayed in the suite that was less updated then standard rooms and not clean/had a bad odor. Pool is the highlight- it’s not actually heated but the room is ridiculously hot - felt like you were in a sauna and hard to breathe unless you were in the pool. Coffee offered all day was good though!

I stayed here for an overnight visit, planning to eat dinner on site. Although Expedia and Sheraton sites state that there is a restaurant, and/or bar with lite fare, they have not had a bar or restaurant for several years. There is a hot breakfast available, however, with additional fee. There is an indoor swimming pool, not lifeguarded, until 9 PM.

We went to Cape cod to spend time with granddaughter, she was all excited about the swimming pool, Friday afternoon we got to go to pool for 1 hour. There were young hockey players spending weekend there also. Friday night they damaged pool and it was closed for the rest of weekend. Hotel was going to refund half our money but we went third party,reservation. We were hoping that we could get refund from you. So disappointed.,......

The hotel was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The hotel also advertises a bar and grill both on the website as well as on the marquee outside, however there is no bar and grill. They should remove that information because it is very misleading. The only thing they have is a small breakfast area in front. We were a bit disappointed. Aside from that it was a nice stay.

This hotel is layed out around an indoor pool which is heated all year around creating a sauna like atmosphere in the entire conplex. Fun if you travel with kids, but we found the chlorine smell overwhelming.

Had a wonderful time only complaint was that the bar and restaurant was closed except for breakfast which the server was absolutely wonderful however the home fries were way overcooked and hard. Everything else was good. And the staff at the front desk was very accommodating!

I was extremely disappointed to walk into a cat pee smell, and not offered another room. We stayed two nights off season. Later on, I found the culprit stain. As a final kicker when packing to go home, there was a used condom underneath my luggage the whole time!!! UGH! I had a bad vibe about the cleanliness from first site and wasn’t wrong. The pool area was the one positive, but I won’t be back.

The pool is incredible if you have kids (nothing like trying to entertain younger kids on the cape on a rainy day) - but the cleaning is very hit or miss. Checked into the room - smelled like feet. Kind of gross so I asked to move rooms. Very accommodating. The next room smelled like the immediate previous occupant smoked a few packs in there. At this point kids were melting down and needed to get to bed so we dealt with it. Particularly with large reminders about the cleaning fee incurred if someone smokes in the room - it felt like - ok. What was that fee used for? Beyond that - they only have maid service every other day. Which would be fine if it was done well. I feel like I've never had to complain about a mid-stay room cleaning before - but they phoned it in. The property serves a purpose. It is a functional hotel in an area that normally has very mixed motels or home rentals. The pool is really great. A little more effort could result in a much better overall experience.

I was hopeful when I saw how nice the hotel had been remodeled, but the first time I went into the bathroom that hope disappeared. Every towel, washcloth and hand towel had very long black hair embedded in it. The hair was on the bathroom floor too. I also had a dead insect in my bed sheets. Clearly, no one is checking the linens before laying them out. The WiFi is horrible. I’ve used free guest WiFi at hotels all over the world and have never experienced such horrible and sometimes nonexistent network connectivity.

I can’t really speak for the whole property because I only stayed in my room for the one night, but it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room smelled so strongly of stale cigarettes that it gave me a headache. The bathroom shower was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, not to mention there was a spider living in the corner. There was a dead fly on the bed when I pulled the covers back. And for some strange reason there was a giant window that looked out into an indoor hallway to the pool. It was a quick overnight stay for work, and I could not leave fast enough in the morning. Will not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Management needs to pay attention to cleaning. The shower, floor, and all the surrounding areas were dirty. The carpet was filthy; they didn't even vacuum it properly. At least the bed sheets and towels were clean. for the price it was too expensive.

We stayed in August for one night. For over $500 a night, you receive a positively average experience. Ridiculously overpriced. There is an unusually wide gap between the door and the floor so you can hear virtually every noise emanating from the hallway. The overflow hole in the sink was full of black mold.

We were on the Cape for a family Christmas gathering and had three rooms at this hotel for family members. Everyone had the same experience. We were woken during the night several times with doors slamming in the hall outside our room and on with noise from the pool area which sounded like someone in or around the pool after hours being chased out by a hotel employee. We have stayed at this hotel as a family for years, even before the renovation and it is extremely doubtful even given convenience of the close proximity to family who are Harwich residents that we will be back again for Thanksgiving and Christmas next year.

My go to when I am at that part of Cape Cod. Nicer than your average motel room. Room was large, clean, staff was pleasant. Bathroom was excellent, newly renovated. Indoor pool a definite plus! And all at a decent price.

Room was much too hot on arrival (quite unusual). Room temperature control did not work. Staff tried to help but could only advise us to turn it off completely (which still did not turn off the fan...!). Would have appreciated more proactive help to truly resolve the problem.

Had a great stay. The clerk who checked me in was very nice and super efficient. Later I immediately locked myself out of my room and the other clerk asked me a few identifying questions and then let me back into my room. They were both very nice.

Had a great stay. The clerk who checked me in was very nice and super efficient. Later I immediately locked myself out of my room and the other clerk asked me a few identifying questions and then let me back into my room. They were both very nice.

The service was not good considering the cost of the room. They were supposed to clean the room every other day but didn’t clean it at all. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper. On the day we checked out they were knocking on the dour at 8 am to clean the room.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod for one night last week. We have stayed here multiple times in the past, and this visit was just perfect for us. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, we were able to utilize the Charge Point station to charge our EV. One thing we really like about this property is the lack of damp/moldy/mildewy smell, which is common in many hotels/motels on Cape Cod. It's conveniently located right on Route 6 in Eastham, with easy access to Orleans and the Mid-Cape as well as the Outer Cape.

Great indoor pool, not much of a gym facility though. Breakfast was very good, staff was very pleasant. Only thing I didn’t like was the staff came into the room to clean when I had a do not disturb sign on the door.

The indoor pool was beautiful and warm. The $18 breakfast buffet was not worth the cost. Same basic breakfast most other hotels offer for free. The wall unit for heat kicked on every 15 minutes which was annoying when trying to sleep. The bar & grill were not open which was disappointing.

Although Expedia and Sheraton sites state that there is a restaurant, and/or bar with lite fare, they have not had a bar or restaurant for several years. There is a hot breakfast available, however, with additional fee. There is an indoor swimming pool, not lifeguarded, until 9 PM.

Room was very clean and modern. Shower was great. Thermostat on wall wasn't working, but control on AC unit was fine. Only two negatives, pool towels were too small , and not absorbant, cheap. Second, having only buffet available for breakfast. I could only eat scrambled eggs at the time, and didn't want to pay 18$ for them.

The hotel was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The hotel also advertises a bar and grill both on the website as well as on the marquee outside, however there is no bar and grill. They should remove that information because it is very misleading. The only thing they have is a small breakfast area in front. We were a bit disappointed. Aside from that it was a nice stay.

Had a wonderful time only complaint was that the bar and restaurant was closed except for breakfast which the server was absolutely wonderful however the home fries were way overcooked and hard. Everything else was good. And the staff at the front desk was very accommodating!

The hotel is under new management as of two months ago. The new owner addresses any issues personally. I experienced a broken latch on the room door. The previous management really let the place go and so issues are addressed as reported. Staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. The pools were beautifully maintained. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Room was well stocked. I did not partake in dining there so have no comment regarding service and food. All in all I recommend the Marriot at Eastham.

Stayed here 1 night on a business trip- for $450 a night I expect a hot tub and a bar that has better selections- and that’s as a local Cape Codder. The room is fine- but absolutely nothing special and overlooks a commercialized parking lot. I would never stay here unless I had to- there’s so many better options locally.

The restaurant was closed, our room was dirty, the TV didn't work, and the outdoor pool was closed. It's summer on the Cape and the pool is closed? For the money it was a big rip off. Went a few towns over and got clean room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, full breakfast for 1/3 of the price. Also the parking here doesn't seem safe. You have to park in the back of the building and it's all woods and pitch dark.
