Nice spacious room. Excellent secure garage parking for motorcycle. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Cuenca is a beautiful town. The hanging houses, San Pablo bridge, etc etc A fantastic stay.

Prima hotel met uitstekende bedden. Het hotel was makkelijk te vinden en heeft een eigen parkeergarage. De "casas colgadas" zijn dichtbij en op loopafstand van het hotel. La ciudad encantada is met de auto goed bereikbaar (30 min.) en zeker de moeite waard. Omdat het restaurant gesloten was (zondag) hebben we gegeten in het cafetaria, maar de kwaliteit daar was matig.

Lovely hotel and very friendly & helpful staff. I ate here both nights - first night a la carte, second the set menu. The a la carte food is fantastic but the set menu was just average. Room a decent size, though bathroom could do with an update. Bit noisy from corridor, but overall a good hotel in a fantastic and much overlooked city.

Breakfast had a good selection of items, room was a little tired and warm. Think the AC had been turned off due to being later in the year, we had it turned on but no cold which left us with a very warm room. Parking available on the street, €1.60 covers until 11am then €1.60 for two more. Better value than hotel (€16/day) or nearby public (€22/day). 20 minute walk to old centre but prepare for hills! 10 minutes to San Francisco at which has plenty of food options.

Really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful. The restaurant is serves nice food and is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor section. All around great experience and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when exploring Cuenca!

El hotel está muy bien, aunque es viejo, pero todo muy limpio. Quizá podrían insonorizar un poco la cisterna del váter porque se oye mucho y redecorar un poco las habitaciones para que estén más modernizadas. Pero muy buen servicio y personal muy amable. La cafetería restaurante del hotel ideal para los desayunos.

Es un hotel que esta bastante bien, pero hay un par de cosas que no nos ha gustado. Una es la ruidera que hacia la cisterna del inodoro, cuando le das al agua de nuestra habitación de de las otras porque te despertaba a mitad de la noche cuando lo hacían. Otra es la desorganización de la entrada con el coche hasta la recepcion, pues dejaban coches aparcados bloqueando el paso.

Es un hotel que esta bastante bien, pero hay un par de cosas que no nos ha gustado. Hola , me gustaría comentar que la falta de AACC es algo que habría tenido en cuenta si lo indicara , la noche fue horrible debido a la falta de AACC , y esto no está indicado en la reserva , sino todo lo contrario.

La atención del personal fue muy buena, incluso dándonos la oportunidad de entrar a la habitación antes del check in, lo cual nos vino genial porque teníamos una boda en la Catedral de Cuenca y necesitábamos cambiarnos. La habitación estaba bien, con un buen armario y amplio baño.

Het personeel in professioneel en behulpzaam, het is een prachtig hotel dat de voorzieningen allemaal goed voor elkaar heeft. Wat alleen vervelend is dat ik digitaal iets moest tekenen waar een aantal pagina’s tekst aan gekoppeld was! Lezen kost veel tijd en is daardoor een verstorende factor. Het lijkt op grote elektronica organisaties als Apple en Gougle. Beste vervelend, maar verder een aanrader.

Het personeel in professioneel en behulpzaam, het is een prachtig hotel dat de voorzieningen allemaal goed voor elkaar heeft. El hotel me ha gustado. La habitación amplia y limpia. El personal amable. Dispone de una cafetería con una terraza muy agradable. Situado muy cerca de una calle llena de tiendas/cafeterías, y de las líneas de autobuses que suben al casco histórico.Repetiría en ese hotel.

We zijn verrast in de mooie stad Cuenca! Het hotel ligt in een woonwijk van de nieuwe stad op loopafstand van het oude, toeristische gedeelte. Het hotel is wat verouderd, maar heeft nog steeds zijn charme.

Nice spacious room. Excellent secure garage parking for motorcycle. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Cuenca is a beautiful town. The hanging houses, San Pablo bridge, etc etc A fantastic stay.

Prima hotel met uitstekende bedden. Het hotel was makkelijk te vinden en heeft een eigen parkeergarage. De "casas colgadas" zijn dichtbij en op loopafstand van het hotel. La ciudad encantada is met de auto goed bereikbaar (30 min.) en zeker de moeite waard. Omdat het restaurant gesloten was (zondag) hebben we gegeten in het cafetaria, maar de kwaliteit daar was matig.

El hotel está muy bien, aunque es viejo, pero todo muy limpio. Quizá podrían insonorizar un poco la cisterna del váter porque se oye mucho y redecorar un poco las habitaciones para que estén más modernizadas. Pero muy buen servicio y personal muy amable. La cafetería restaurante del hotel ideal para los desayunos.

Personal muy amable, solucionaron un problema de conexión (débil) en mi habitación. El desayuno tan como leí es un poco justo pero totalmente aceptable con huevos, baicon, etc y un surtido muy bueno de dulces.

Lovely hotel and very friendly & helpful staff. I ate here both nights - first night a la carte, second the set menu. The a la carte food is fantastic but the set menu was just average. Room a decent size, though bathroom could do with an update. Bit noisy from corridor, but overall a good hotel in a fantastic and much overlooked city.

Really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful. The restaurant is serves nice food and is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor section. All around great experience and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when exploring Cuenca!

Reception staff were very friendly and always able to answer questions about the hotel and the town. The entire hotel is impeccably clean and the restaurant offers good service with friendly wait staff. The hotel is located nearby a bus stop to get into the historic city center and a 5-minute walk from the modern city's restaurants and shopping. Being located near the edge of town also made it easy to get in and out for day trips to the surrounding area's attractions. Parking was a good value at 20 € a night, but the garage is small so I recommend emailing the hotel in advance to reserve your spot. My family had a great stay and would definitely book here again if we have the chance to return to Cuenca!

The facilities were in good conditions. One of the closet doors lack the knob and could not be opened. Breakfast was very good and has several choices, coffee the best in our 24-day trip.
