The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans

The rooms are lovely and overall the hotel is beautiful. Very central location. We booked club rooms and they were beautiful and its probably the best club lounge experience i have had. Breakfast from 7-11, light lunch 12-3, snacks 3-5, canapes 5-8, dessert 8-10 and drinks served all day and evening. The food in the lounge was excellent and a great range. My only disappointment was the only outdoor area at the hotel was booked out for an entire afternoon for a private event so didn’t give us anywhere outdoors to go at the hotel.

The resort was clean and had a friendly staff. We received special attention since we were celebrating our anniversary.

Everything was excellent and the staff were exceptional.

It certainly was a nice hotel and the location is hard to beat. I enjoyed my stay and the food/drinks I got there, they also offered free beignets and spiked coffee drinks in the lobby everyday, and the outdoor garden was lovely. I'd say that for a Ritz-Carlton hotel though, the room can feel a bit small and outdated.
