Fit a lot of people and had a stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes, cookware. Had shampoo and lotion, so bring your own conditioner. Outdoor patio was lovely. The inside spiral staircase is scary for littles but blocking it with a kitchen chair worked well.

The bunk room and the room with 1 bunk plus a regular bed kindof are 1 continuous room. Its a little inconvenient, otherwise it was a cool place. They layout makes me not want to rent there again, but the balcony and ease of access to beach was good. Upstairs is where the 2 regular rooms are and it was way warmer than downstairs. Beds were comfy, which is rarely the case. Fun stay, weird layout.

Both showers were completely clogged upon arrival. My son is licensed plumber and took care of it. Stove lg left burner did not work. Dishwasher was unstable. Stair case very narrow. Not enough towels for bath or kitchen. Location was good for surf fishing. Host was slow to respond. I've stayed at several places in Galveston and this was my least favorite and not a good bang for the buck. Pics were a little deceiving.

The kitchen has everything you could need, the house was clean and the air-conditioning was nice and cold. The management was very responsive and always answered promptly. I liked how you are able to drive right onto the beach which was not super crowded. The check out was super easy. Thank you for a great spring break!

Poorly maintained, frig had bait/fish blood pooled and smelled terrible. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Sandy floors, dog crap all over the back yard. Bathroom floor spotted with some kind of mud/dog? Noooo refunds!
