This property is a refurbished hotel that has been rebranded Springhill by Marriott. We didn't fee that it lived up to Marriott standards. Most of the refurbishing has been done inside, but you can see signs of wear and tear that were not fixed or covered up. I don't know if the refurbish is complete, but it looked like nothing was done outside. The landscaping is in bad shape. Lots of weeds and crabgrass, sidewalks that aren't paved all the way to the curb causing you to have to walk across rocks and gravel and uneven surface. The shower faucet wouldn't function properly so that there was water coming out of the faucet and showered at same time, so you'd be standing in water while taking your shower. Had two tv's in the room with two different remotes and neither remote would function properly. It really looked like a quick poorly planned refurbishing that shouldn't live up to Marriott standards.

Everything was great, I loved the healthier breakfast options. Room was nice and comfortable. Only one staff member wasn’t as friendly as the rest and that was when I checked in. They changed my guest to 3 adults because my 11 year old is tall and noticed a change to my pricing compared to what it said on here.
