Sonesta Select Indianapolis Carmel

It was nice but there was a lot of noise heard from room to room. It was disruptive with my sleep. Otherwise it was great.

Wished it had breakfast included like most other Donesta hotels

Room was clean, front desk helpful, paid breakfast not really an option and the free coffee was empty

The coffee and breakfast advertised wasn’t available and nothing was posted. I had to ask the three staff standing there while I waited at the coffee counter if it was open. Also , quiet hours 10-7 was not enforced. The hallway was loud outside my room until after midnight

One of the beds clearly had been slept in. Linens had not been changed . They just remade the bed. I just asked for new sheets and the staff member was accommodating and apologetic . No food service. Exercise room is not as pictured on website .
