Liked the indoor pool and hot tub but the pool had been drained and was tefilling on our last day at the hotel so we could not use it before leaving on Apr 6, 2025. The kids were so disappointed. The breakfast was ok but very crowded and the workers had a hard time keeping up.

Close to Lucas Oil, accross the street. 15 minute walk to Gainbridge and 7 minute walk to Indy Indians AAA team. Cost for parking $25 per night bargin compared to $75 per night at hotels next to Gainbridge made this much more reasonable, (we stayed 5 nights)

As an IHG member, I was very disappointed in the room.There was black mold growing around the sink and around the bottom of the toilet.The shower hadn't been cleaned.Then when we left and checked out my wife had lost her phone and they didn't even look for it when it was sitting right on the couch.

Check in was fast and staff was very accommodating, and friendly throughout our weekend stay. Room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping staff was excellent. Excellent food service in the morning, as well as coffee 24 hours. Great place to stay, and well maintained parking area and hotel grounds. Will plan another visit soon.

One of the cleanest holiday inns we’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and clear. Pool area could have used a little updates but every thing worked. Hallways were very clean. Almost thought it was new but then seen it was getting renovated. Nice hotel - had a king standard room.

Was there two days. the first night My wife was bitten by bed bugs, Notified the desk and was given a new room the next day. that room was great thus a meridian rating. .I noticed a guest had brought some bedding from their car. That could be an issue for bringing in pest.It is possible the room my wife and daughter had as an outlier. Just be aware, that is all stating. Breakfast had make your own pancakes, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or omelets, varies daily, milk in cartons, juice, bacon or sausages, other items as well such a, fruit, biscuit and sausage gravy. rolls.

We stayed one night while in town for the Children's Museum. The place could not have been cleaner. The pool was fabulous, room was massive and well stocked, front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They even supplied some items I forgot to pack. One elevator was down but that wasn't too big a deal. Our room was overlooking the bar thats in the same lot so there was some noise but nothing too crazy. Breakfast was great with lots of options and tasty food. I would for sure stay again!

The location is convenient and a quick walk to several amenities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I didn't care for the coffee machine in the lobby area and would have preferred a keurig machine in my room but that's a minor complaint.

Overall a very nice hotel, super nice room and comfortable bed. Room backed up to a main road which was quite noisy, even over a sound machine. Parking was a little more complicated than I hoped. Parking deck was their overflow which was only one entrance in and a shared deck with other close by properties, not a straight shot to hotel. On exit from deck this AM, the ticket machine was not working and I got stuck at the deck for approximately 20 minutes waiting for assistance to exit.

Staff was great, loved the convenience to the stadium. But our room smelled faintly of smoke and the TV didn’t work. It wasn’t worth the time it would take to ask them to fix it or move us so this is partly on me.

The stay was overall not bad, the issue was that upon check in we were hit with a parking fee of $25 and when asked why, we were told the lot belonged to the city even though there were signs showing it was Holiday Inn property. This information was not included when the reservation was made online. The staff member was very rude and condescending when asked about the fee and was pushing to cancel our reservation. We had to tell her three times that we did not want to cancel and were just asking why there was a parking fee. The other issues were that the bed was very uncomfortable and made getting any decent sleep hard.

Booked a three night stay through Orbitz. Bill was $440. At check in the front desk said my bill was $800. When I showed the confirmed reservation staff told me it didn't matter. Pay $800 or find another room. Turns out there was a football game that weekend, staff wanted to resell the room. To top it off, the elevators didn't work!. Carried bags up three flights of stairs. TL;DR - Booked a room, got scammed at the front desk by rude staff. Don't waste your time, find a place that values their customers.

We were visiting Indianapolis for our daughter's college graduation. From check-in to check-out it was an incredible experience. Lisa and Dante the front in staff were absolutely amazing. They were kind, pleasant and hospitable. It is because of them that I would stay here again if ever in Indianopolis. The breakfast was very good, enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the hotel was within walking distance to downtown and restaurants.

We were visiting Indianapolis for our daughter's college graduation. From check-in to check-out it was an incredible experience. Lisa and Dante the front in staff were absolutely amazing. Room was very clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast was a surprise for a monday morning. I expected cereal and milk or other quick items but they had a lot of options like biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, bacon, and sausage, plus a lot more. Enjoyed it a lot. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The beds and pillows are my only real complaint but i honestly dont expect super nice beds at a hotel. The pillows however go flat as soon as you put your head on them so if youre a side sleeper, bring some from home. Overall minor complaint, extremely happy overall with the stay, especially for the price. Would 100% stay here again.

It really helps when you encounter an individual like Ms. Tiffany who is, and was, an absolute delight during my stay. She was extremely helpful in ensuring a delivery made it to the room before my arrival. She is personable with each customer she speaks with, and makes everyone feel welcome. She cares about her position and it shows. I had questions about room charges and she explained the protocols and policies clearly, and specifically instructed me to call her back if they were not reversed in the usual amount of business days, as per policy. Good customer service is hard to find...but customer service of this calibre is unheard of! The hospitality staff of the hotel was extremely nice, and breakfast was amazing for 2 days straight. Thank you Tiffany, and Thank you, Holiday Inn Dtn Convention Center...

The property was clean and updated. It was a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with maintenance. Without any warning, at 8am maintenance knocked and proceeded to walk in. I wasn’t dressed and ran to the door to slam it closed. When I told the front desk, she said it was because I didn’t have the “Do not disturb” sign out. We didn’t call for maintenance, so I have no Idea why they we walking in my room! I also wasn’t able to shower because the water wasn’t working. The property was clean and updated. It was a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with maintenance. Without any warning, at 8am maintenance knocked and proceeded to walk in. I wasn’t dressed and ran to the door to slam it closed. When I told the front desk, she said it was because I didn’t have the “Do not disturb” sign out. We didn’t call for maintenance, so I have no Idea why they we walking in my room! I also wasn’t able to shower because the water wasn’t working. This place is literally across the street from the stadium. It’s a well kept hotel and the breakfast was pretty good. The only issue for me was the noise outside. Sirens through the night and then construction in the morning.

Close to Lucas Oil, accross the street. 15 minute walk to Gainbridge and 7 minute walk to Indy Indians AAA team. Cost for parking $25 per night bargin compared to $75 per night at hotels next to Gainbridge made this much more reasonable, (we stayed 5 nights)

Our hotel stay was great. Everything about the stay was amazing. All the staff were nice & helpful. The complimentary breakfast was the best breakfast Ive ever had at any hotel. The room was very clean & comfy feeling. I recommend this hotel to anyone. They exceeded my expectations.

Check in was fast and staff was very accommodating, and friendly throughout our weekend stay. Room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping staff was excellent. Excellent food service in the morning, as well as coffee 24 hours. Great place to stay, and well maintained parking area and hotel grounds. Will plan another visit soon.

We had a nice day, and would stay here again, the breakfast was good, but a gluten-free cereal would have been a plus, they did offer gluten-free bagels, which was a nice feature. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet

We stayed one night while in town for the Children's Museum. The place could not have been cleaner. The pool was fabulous, room was massive and well stocked, front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They even supplied some items I forgot to pack. One elevator was down but that wasn't too big a deal. Our room was overlooking the bar thats in the same lot so there was some noise but nothing too crazy. Breakfast was great with lots of options and tasty food. I would for sure stay again!

Liked the indoor pool and hot tub but the pool had been drained and was tefilling on our last day at the hotel so we could not use it before leaving on Apr 6, 2025. The kids were so disappointed. The breakfast was ok but very crowded and the workers had a hard time keeping up.

Convenient location to the convention center, baseball field, and football stadium. I walked each day to/from the convention center with no issues - crosswalks, wide sidewalks, signage on each corner with directions to key locations. It's also easy to walk to restaurants downtown (or Uber). We lucked out each day with a parking spot in the main lot, but the parking garage is nearby. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning and super comfy and spacious room. The only issue we experienced was sound: families enjoying the pool deck stayed out well beyond the 11pm quiet time, so we could hear them from our room. It wasn't awful -- and it wasn't the fault of the hotel. Locals also seemingly used the one-way streets flanking the hotel as their own race tracks - again, not the fault of the hotel. I slept fine, but if you're a sensitive sleeper, consider bringing earplugs.
