Staff was pleasant, price was great, it is not the newest hotel around, but actually quite well maintained. I would stay here again. Clean pool (I did not use.) Reasonable breakfast included. My one bedside lamp wasn't working was the only downside worth mentioning.

Finger prints on mirrors and headboards. Mold above shower. Key card wouldn’t work so had to stand in hallway with luggage for 10+ minutes until he decided to give us a different room. I believe the person working was there alone and he did his best, was friendly and likely had poor management. They ran out of towels, all towels, so didn’t have any for pool. I won’t stay here again.

Arrived very late overnight. Night desk clerk was very polite and helpful. Room was fine. Clean. However, the towels were horrible. Old and thin and looked lime they jad been used for years. Breakfast was good, but only 4 tables.

Trash cans in the room was way to small, we filled both trash cans and had over flow. The vending machines didn't work most the time. The pool had an oily slim, no one at the front counter. Only one elevator for as big as the hotel is. The TV was very hard to operate, and small than shuts off on its own. A plus was the amout of electric outlets. No trash cans in the hallway, great having an ice machine on each floor.

Pretty good property and area as far as being safe and quiet. Only glaring issue seemed to be a boat load of mold in the shower. Other than that it was what you would expect at a Quality Inn.

It was so insanitary I couldn't eat around the flys in the "hot breakfast" area all on the food no hamdle to flush my toilet ripped blinds and stains had to transfer tooms only to not have the stains everything else was horrible fridge wasn't working

The room was musty. Turned the AC on high, bathroom fan and opened the window to get the smell out to no avail. Every time we walked in the room the odor just smacked you in the face. Mold all around the shower. Everything felt damp.

First thing I noticed when pulling up to the building was the torn windows and shaggy old curtains. Next I walked into the lobby and to my right I see this old couch with one dirty pillow sitting at a 60 degree angle and unzipped. Next I check in and they don’t have the ability to tap debit/credit cards or use Apple Pay, so the guy slides my card four times and asks if I have another form of payment. He finally types the numbers in. I then get off the elevator to the second floor and get hit by terrible smells, go into my room and I’m greeted by a ton of nats and another Oder. I showered left slept on a friend’s couch, came back the next morning, did the same and left. I didn’t sleep there. For 150.00 you would think it would be better!

Well begining we called 3x about reservations and was constantly told we never booked and never had a reservation there and that are acceptance code wasnt even real and that aparently we were lying so that was awesome. Only to go there and show proof and be told ok heres your key. Then to go into a room with blood stain under the mirror next to tv. Ofcourse no one wanted to be there.

I believe this hotel is new. It was out from town somewhat with a corn field next door on one side. The breakfast was continental. The rooms were spacious and the sink was outside of the bathroom. I like that so i can comb my hair etc while someone else is in the bathroom

The microwave didn't work when I first tried. The girl at the counter said shine a light and see if it is plugged in. It was not, but I couldn't reach to plug it in. She had to come to my room and also couldn't reach, so pulled the cord in front of the mirror and plugged it in. The refrigerator made a noise all night long. It was not the hum of the motor, it was a crinkling sound. It kept me awake a good part of the night. I tried jiggling it and moving it a little, but nothing helped.

As returning guests, we were shocked by the state of disrepair and poor service at this hotel. Our experience was so negative that it has guaranteed we will not be back. The condition of our room was unacceptable. We found mold, a dangling heat lamp, non-functional outlets, and a broken TV. The linens were stained, one mattress had a strong, unpleasant odor, the A/C unit was excessively loud, and the entire floor smelled of must. However, the most upsetting part of our stay occurred at checkout. A staff member accused us of smoking marijuana and threatened a deep cleaning fee, citing dirt on the windowsill as "ash." We explained that the faint, temporary odor was from my handicapped son's sealed bag accidentally tearing. I asked the manager to inspect the room with me, and by the time we walked back up, the smell had completely dissipated. It was clear there had been no smoking. What makes this entire situation so absurd is that the hotel is located down the street from a marijuana dispensary, yet the staff chose to harass a guest over a minor, accidental odor that was gone in minutes. The lack of common sense and the hostile, accusatory treatment was beyond unprofessional. She did decide not to charge us for the fee. Since I wasn't going to back down.

I actually booked through Expedia. At the front desk the Apple didn’t work so it caused a lot of inconvenience. The staff was nice and cooperative though however when I asked to extend my stay the manager was charging me more than usual and at the second time none of my payment methods was going through. The manager was charging more than usual. Also the hotel key stopped working every time so i had to move out to correct it every now and then. None of the payment methods work and they also didn’t accept online booking.

I was woke up by a group of people / family looks like who knocked my door around 9:00pm while I was sleeping , they were given the same room key as mine , unfortunately … so they open the door but I locked inside they couldn’t get in and they tried to knock/ push hard etc … not their fault but the hotel’s … very bad experience and very concerns their professionalism

As returning guests, we were shocked by the state of disrepair and poor service at this hotel. Our experience was so negative that it has guaranteed we will not be back. The condition of our room was unacceptable. We found mold, a dangling heat lamp, non-functional outlets, and a broken TV. The linens were stained, one mattress had a strong, unpleasant odor, the A/C unit was excessively loud, and the entire floor smelled of must. However, the most upsetting part of our stay occurred at checkout. A staff member accused us of smoking marijuana and threatened a deep cleaning fee, citing dirt on the windowsill as "ash." We explained that the faint, temporary odor was from my handicapped son's sealed bag accidentally tearing. I asked the manager to inspect the room with me, and by the time we walked back up, the smell had completely dissipated. It was clear there had been no smoking. What makes this entire situation so absurd is that the hotel is located down the street from a marijuana dispensary, yet the staff chose to harass a guest over a minor, accidental odor that was gone in minutes. The lack of common sense and the hostile, accusatory treatment was beyond unprofessional. She did decide not to charge us for the fee. Since I wasn't going to back down.

A ho-hum breakfast. Needs more variety, fruits, egg dishes, sausages, bacon. Someone actively cleaning up and putting out food constantly! Some children unattended in area kept eating and throwing away food.

Room was not very clean. We got to breakfast 1/2 hr before it ended but there was nothing left to eat. Fitness room had 3 pieces of equipment and the treadmill did not work.

Arrived very late overnight. Night desk clerk was very polite and helpful. Room was fine. Clean. However, the towels were horrible. Old and thin and looked lime they jad been used for years. Breakfast was good, but only 4 tables.

When I first got there they were redoing the parking , then when we got settled I had to fix the toilet. All the fixtures in the room were older so no plug ins for your electronics, so make sure you bring the wall plugs. We only got one bar of soap for the room , one hand towel and two towels for the shower, when my wife went down to ask for more she was told they were packed and not sure if they had anymore towels , so we got one more bar of soap and one wash cloth and one more towel. The breakfast was not good microwave eggs and sausage and not much of it people coming down from their rooms and taking all of it at one time, pancake machine that didn’t work very well and no one to make it work, not a very good assortment of anything. Pool was very small and if there were kids in it forget enjoying it if you’re an adult. All in all not a place I would ever go back too.

We had a horrible stay . We stayed for 3 full nights . The first night our autistic baby woke up at around 3 am she was crying because of a bad dream ..she cried for a while yes but then we calmed her down and all went back to sleep . The next morning we left they saw us leave never said a word and when we came back I asked for extra sheets because the maid had not name and we had a spill on the sheets and didnt wanna lay in it .. we said we would vacuum we dumped the garbage cans and I cleaned the bathroom better than it was clean before when we checked in ..the manager refused to give me clean sheets saying we had complaints about the baby last night . And I explained her diagnosis and apologized greatly . Well they said we have no clean sheets until tomorrow so we slept in dirty sheets that night . Also when we first checked into the room there was someone's water bottle in the refrigerator and a half a pack of turkey in the refrigerator.. they should clean the food people leave and wipe the fridge down but we didnt even say anything .. the second day maid service didnt come.again they knew we needed sheets never brought them . There was 3 of us we have to use the same 2 bath towels 2 washcloths the entire 3 days I was so mad we ran to wal mart and bought 4 new wash clothes and two hand towels because for 3 nights in a row they said they had nothing clean .. it was a disaster . It was a solid stay, I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews but had no problems. 2 nights good value, good location to sports fields. Would return in the future. Pool was good, little gaming room for adults too if that’s your thing. 4/5
