In adherence to our established rules and regulations, travelers who fail to comply may regrettably be denied entry into our premises. - The Twin & Lux Twin can accommodate a max of 2 people. - Visitors allowed only till the Cafe - Complimentary breakfast includes an Indian & Continental Buffet spread with a choice of egg preparation (fried, scrambled, poached, omelette, boiled), an indian breakfast option like (idli, dosa, paratha, poha, upma etc.), tea & coffee, bread spread with butter & jam, chocos with cold milk & fruit salad. Additional terms - *Distinct floors are designated for male and female occupants, ensuring a tailored and comfortable living experience for all residents. Room sharing is only for same sex groups. Common areas are common for all. *Our premises uphold a strict no-alcohol policy to foster a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. *Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are prohibited both within the premises and individual rooms, promoting a clean and healthy living space for all residents. *A serene and peaceful atmosphere is maintained after 11:30 pm through our silent policy, respecting the tranquility of our residents during nighttime hours. *Cancellation policy Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to arrival *Instant Book Instant Book on - Guests who meet your requirements can book instantly.
