Helt nyt og fint hotel med indendørs og udendørs pool. Lækker morgenbuffet. Gratis parkering, men det var svært at finde en ledig plads. Rengøringen er virkelig mangelfuld. Der blev først gjort rent efter kl. 16.00, hvor der blive skiftet håndklæder, gjort toilet rent og sengen halvt redt. Ikke en eneste overflade blev tørret over. Vi spurgte om det var muligt at få gjort værelset rent tidligere, hvilket ikke kunne lade sig gøre. I receptionen havde mange af medarbejderne mere travlt med at tale med hinanden end at koncentrere sig om gæsterne. Vi havde klart forventet mere service, af et 5 stjernet hotel.

Hotellet er pent og velholdt, personalet er hyggelig og frokosten er veldig god. Likevel mener jeg at hotellet mer passer som et 4-stjerners hotell enn et 5-stjerners. Det er ingenting som virkelig skiller seg ut eller gir en eksklusiv følelse. Det utendørs bassenget er ganske lite, internettforbindelsen var svak, og uteområdet virker lite gjennomtenkt og kunne vært bedre tilrettelagt. Totalt sett hadde vi et fint opphold, men forventningene til et 5-stjerners hotell ble ikke helt innfridd.
