Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Facilities for younger children (play room, cartoon room), teenagers (table tennis etc). View from superior rooms in Floor 30 was fab. Room was great, breakfast had a good variety, great quality and nothing ran out. I would stay again.

My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was an astonishing ommission. Though wardrobe space was OK for my stuff. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries.

Na chegada o funcionário tentou enganar-nos. Atribuiu um quarto de classe inferior e foi necessário apresentar reclamação. No dia 23/04 não fizeram limpezas do quarto. O quartos tem uma péssima insonorizacão para o exterior. O barulho da rua não permite dormir tranquilamente.

Having stayed 100's of nights in hotels at all continents and class, I've never found previous guests' underwear in my room - until now at Novotel Warsawa Centrum! Housekeeping is very rough if they don't spot such items on the floor - alongside with bottle caps & other stuff.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to both the bus and train stations. However, the room we stayed in was very disappointing. It was right next to the elevator, which produced a loud noise every time it operated. It felt like we were lying next to a railroad track, and my wife and I could hardly sleep all night.

Location is nice, good view, very nice breakfast. But very poor confort in the room, shower was broken and we could place it (change height) and the Tv had a double voice, just impossible to watch. We would expect cleaner and more confortable beds

Das Zimmer im 28. Stock hatte eine grossartige Aussicht, das Frühstück im Hotel war reichhaltig aber nichts besonderes. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr kalt in Warschau (-16‘C), Die Fenster waren schlecht isoliert, die Klimanlage heizte nicht ausreichend. Mit gedoppelter Bettdecke war es aber auszuhalten. Die Lage ist top (war das Auswahlkriterium), Flughafenbus hält fast vor der Tür, Bahnhof ist 5 min. zu Fuß. Altstadt benötigt 15-20 min., Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso viele gute Restaurants/Bars. Würde im Sommer wieder dort buchen, bei Kälte eher nicht mehr.

Very friendly staff. Allowed early check-in and late check out. Room was a bit small. Shower leaking. 4th floor has noise of metro line very close to the hotel. Prefer a higher floor if possible. Location of hotel is great and breakfast is superb.

Detta är inte fyrstjärnigt hotell! Luften i vårat rum var inte bra! Extremt dammigt! Luftkonditioneringen gick ej att sänka ner under 21 grader som gjorde att det var svårt att sova då rummet var för varmt! Rummets kylskåp fungerade inte! Rummet saknade skohorn som brukar vara standard på 4 stjärnors hotell! Och receptionens personal var extremt nonchalanta och absolut inte hjälpsamma! Min vän ville ha lite hjälp med att förstå hur bankomaten fungerade i hotellets foajén och blev svarad ” jag tänker inte hjälpa dig!” Och är inte intresserad att hjälpa dig! Med ett mycket dåligt tonläge! Så detta är långt ifrån ett korrekt service inriktat personal! Hotellets pingisbord där nätet är slitet pingisracket slitna som avspeglar lite hotell i sin helhet va nog bra för 10 år sedan men där kvaliteten sakta inte upprätthålls på små saker och därefter blir en helhetsbild av hotellet i stort! Finns flertalet anmälningar att anmärka på men listan blir lång därav så blir nästa resa och boende på ett annat hotell i Warszawa!

The service was very bad, when I just got into my room I needed the iron, called the reception to get an iron so they just opened the call and say hello hello and then they hung up I did it several times and the same thing happened, tried to call room service they said you have to call the reception for room service only for food and drinks, then i told her what happened, then she said i will help you but that's not my job, thanked her and got wait for two hours to get iron so I couldn't go out, that was really bad service. Although the hotel is in a good place that is close to everything and the breakfast was good, I just wonder if such staff find it difficult to help the guests so why do they work at the reception, hope will be better service in the future.

Novotel in great location, with tram stop outside front door. Train station across the road and central station 5 to 10 minute walk. Can walk everywhere and close by to restaurants and main shopping complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Ubicado en el centro de Varsovia (zona que puede ser ruidosa por el tráfico o la frenada del tranvía que pasa enfrente). Las habitaciones están en perfecto estado. Gran vista de la plaza central (si tienes una habitación con numeración que termina en número non). Se puede llegar fácilmente a zonas de interés de la ciudad; muchas opcines de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas cerca. Aproximadamente a media hora del aeropuerto Chopin. Me pareció una muy buena ubicación para conocer la ciudad.

Bonjour Je suis tombé très malade après un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, nuit effroyable. J’ai demandé à faire une réclamation, avec une responsable désagréable. Je pense que le dessert était avarié, car il n’avait pas vraiment de goût et après coût j’aurais du me méfier. Résultat je reste encore malade pour mon retour en France, je dois faire avec… il n’est pas normal que cet hôtel serve des plats avariés. Je souhaite demander un geste commercial.
