Room is basic but suitable for few nights stay in Warsaw. Breakfast was excellent. Few minutes walk from transportation and shopping as well as dining. Nice lobby. Staff was helpful. We were able to leave our luggage (free) after check out.

Very clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was also quite good. Lots of breakfast choices offered with sufficient seating. Construction going on outside hotel made for some early noise. Not a new hotel but well maintained. They could use some thicker bath towels.

O hotel é excelente! Perto de tudo, e acesso fácil ao transporte público. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Ponto de destaque para o café da manhã, que estava excepcional! Tinha todo tipo de comida, muito completo, e a dedicação dos funcionários com a reposição e organização de todos os alimentos era nítida, toda equipe está de parabéns! São exemplares, pois nunca vi tanta competência em outro hotel. O hotel possui guarda volume/bagagem. Um ponto de melhoria seria para os travesseiros do quarto, que eram finíssimos, porém, talvez se eu tivesse solicitado a mudança, ou mais travesseiros tivesse sido atendida. Outro ponto seria para inserirem cortinas blackout, pois as que tem, não são suficientes e deixam o quarto claro quando tem sol. E prefira ficar no primeiro andar, pois só tem um elevador, e ele é um pouco lento, desse forma, se for preciso, da pra ir pelas escadas.

The property is what it is. It is a 3 star hotel European hotel. They basicly only use twin beds. Even the queen singls beds are just two twins pushed together. Other then that, the bathrooms are good. The TV is good but i did notice different channels in different rooms. The restraunt in the hotel is very good. But the best thing about the hotel is it's location. This can not be bet. I was not expecting this when i picked the hotel. But it is walking distance to everything for the tourist. And the bars and nightlife that are close by are great. The walking ablitly of the streets around, the cafes, and little shops. The hotel simply can not be beat for it's location. I enjoyed my stay there very much and would recommend to anyone else i know.

Very disappointed, especially for a 3 stars horel....very dirty carpet, not even talking about the fact that rhe room looks like from the 80s, with very old-school design.. 30° in Warsaw and we got a room with no air conditioning and had to pay extra to get another room Very bad smell in the bathroom, the toilet flush is half broken, no conditiinner or even shampoo, only cheep soap... (We checked with the receptionist) Just in front of the hotel there's also huge construction work..

交通の便がよく、大きな建物なので道に迷うことなく到着できました。チェックイン時間より1時間ほど早く着いてしまいましたが、部屋に入れてくれました。部屋に入ると臭いが気になりましたが、清掃時の洗剤のにおいだったのか？すぐ気にならなくなりました。部屋は少し薄暗いです。冷蔵庫がありませんでしたが、1泊でしたので不便なく過ごせました。治安も悪くないエリアだと思います。夜遅くに外出しましたが問題ありませんでした。

This hotel is very dated, there was no air conditioning, the decor is from the 1970’s. Tie staff were all fairly friendly & efficient, it’s a pretty basic no frills experience though and I was in a suite!

Our stay at Gromada was perfect, the rooms we booked for eight of us were the best available when booking so can’t comment on the standard rooms ,did not see them . Ours where very clean modern ,toilets and rain showers with excellent water pressure .walk in showers so not stepping into a bath ,very comfortable single beds flat screen tv and tea coffee in room , all was great.

Great location in the center of Warsaw. Helpful staff and clean well lit rooms. Only two faults were... Shower head had no high wall attachment so showering meant standing underneath your raised arm and washing one-handed And now USB power outlets in the room, which would have been useful for changing mobile phones instead of using adapters. But a good hotel - I would recomend and would stay again

The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself looks like it was impressive in the 1980s. The rooms are spacious, but old fashioned. The beds are extremely firm and probably also dates back 40 years or so. Staff is not very friendly, but perhaps that’s not the culture there. We didn’t try the breakfast, it seemed quite expensive. There are lots of breakfast options close by in any direction from the hotel.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und arrogant beim ausquecken! Lt. parktafel konnte man die Parkgebühren im Parkhaus oder der Rezeption bezahlen! Die Dame sagte unfreundlich nachdem ich ihr die Tatsache sagte "wer hier im Hotel arbeite - sie oder ich" Freche Antwort, hier ist eine Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden dringend erforderlich! Ansonsten das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Zimmer freundlich und sauber!

Excellent location, handy for metro and restaurants. Easy to find. Staff all really helpful and friendly. Good range at breakfast and beautifully presented. Large room, bed comfortable, excellent shower. Ample sockets for charging phones. Both check in and check out very quick and efficient.

Sauberes Zimmer, Badezimmer großzügig, Frühstück reichhaltig, nur die Servicekräfte meinen es mit dem Abräumen zu gut. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch Bus und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Warschau lohnt sich zu besichtigen.

Old hotel no complaints about the room which was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room didn’t have a safe. The staff at check in were pleasant and efficient. However the breakfast was a terrible experience the rooms in the basement with no windows it was overcrowded and was difficult to get a table. It was a bun fight at the buffet and had to wait a long time before they replaced the scrambled egg and the breakfast staff were pushing people out of the way rude. Terrible experience so I never went to breakfast again
