The elevators were out of order throughout our entire stay. We had to wait a lot and use the fire escape to go to and from breakfast. The rooms were not very well cleaned. It didn’t feel clean, and there was very little water coming from the tap. The location was perfect.

Very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent, especially for gluten free (but sometimes bread was not available). Only thing letting it down was the elevators (not in service or didn't work properly) and it was difficult to find the stairs.

Schönes Hotel, Zimmer war okay. Leider wurde uns nicht gesagt das über unserem Zimmer Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden, war halt dezent nervig jedes Mal um 9 Uhr durch lautes Bohren geweckt zu werden. Kurz vorm Check out ging dann auch das Wasser nicht mehr, sehr ärgerlich wenn man noch duschen möchte.

Friendly, efficient service from start to finish. A no bottled water policy is in place, which means you can refill a provided carafe from the communal fountains if you want water, instead of being given bottled water. It'd be nice to be able to get sparkling water from these points. The self serve jacuzzi/sauna/gym (opened from 6am to midnight), is a nice touch, we chose this over the breakfast. There was no bathrobe in the room which came as a surprise. Nice, firm bed, usual tea making facilities in place.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The first room I was given, on the 4th floor, had a simple thin flat sheet covering the mattress, and it wasn’t even large enough to cover the whole mattress. This is an excellent way to end up with a bed bug infestation. The second room, also on the 4th floor, had a dirty bathroom and the AC unit wasn’t working. Both rooms were very dated, as are the hallways. The third room was better, it was renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately the AC unit was not working properly since I had it set to 18C it should have been freezing in the room, it wasn’t. At 18C, running all night and day, the temperature felt more like 24C then 18C. Overall, this hotel could be good if the work was put into renovating it properly. The hotel location is excellent.

We stayed at Mercure Warszawa on both ends of our trip and really liked it. The staff were lovely, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently located. I'd definitely stay here again.

中央駅への到着が遅かったことから駅にほぼ直結しているこちらのホテルを選択。部屋は清潔で十分なスペースがあり快適。 1点加えるとすれば、部屋のゴミ箱が3色に分別されていたが、それぞれに何を入れればいいのか書かれておらず、分からなかった。エコフレンドリーには多いに賛同していますので、どう捨てればいいのか明示してもらえれば、こちらもルールを守れます。

Lovely hotel in great location, extremely easy check-in and checkout. Room was compact, not a lot of storage space, but was fine for a short trip. Bed was fine for me, but a little hard for my wife. Only problem was the aircon. The room was quite stuffy with no open window, so it needed the aircon on full blast, which was quite noisy. It was also not very effective, didn't cool the room down even on its lowest setting. Hotel breakfast was very nice, lots of choices, although didn't have an egg station, which we normally enjoy.

Hotel mit super Lage (Hauptbahnhof, Einkaufszentrum, Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar). Allerdings ist das Hotel (wir waren 3x hier) in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist unpraktisch, wenig geschmackvoll. Es gibt kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten (Kleiderschrank), dafür ein grünes Metallgestell als Garderobe. Uns erinnerte das Interieur an die 80ger Jahre. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig, es war trotz normaler Außentemperatur stickig. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht richtig ab, die Halterung für Toilettenpapier war gebrochen. Merkt der Service sowas beim Säubern der Zimmer nicht? Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte wir mehr erwartet. Irgendwie fühlten wir uns bei unseren letzten Besuchen wohler als diesmal. Wer aber auf ein wenig Luxus verzichten kann, für den ist dieses (für uns gefühltes 3-Sterne)-Hotel ein gutes Quartier für einen Warschau-Besuch.

A well-situated hotel for my purposes - arriving with the train in the evening and leaving early the next morning. It is very close to Warszawa Centralna train station. I didn't eat breakfast, I just slept, showered, and left. The front desk staff were all very courteous and spoke very good English.

改修工事中だったようで、朝の７時台から壁をコンコンコンコン。９時前からはドリル使いまくり。スーパーで買ったスープを温めて欲しくてフロントの責任者らしき男性に頼んだらもの凄い勢いで捲し立てられ、外のレストランに頼めと。ダメ元で行ってみましたが当然ダメで、２階のレストランのシェフがたまたま歩いていたので頼んでみたら温めてくれました。他にも駅近のホテルはあるので、次回があるならここには泊まりません。てことで、フロントスタッフが最悪です。いくら面倒でも嘘つかなくてもいいと思います。

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Warsaw Central train station. Our check in was delayed and there was a considerable wait of approx 3 hours with mixed messages from 2 staff on the day on reasons for the long wait. We finally received the keys at 4.15pm. This was quite frustrating, as we had just come off a 17hour flight. Sadly, the hotel is a bit dated and this left us disappointed considering the higher than average room rate paid, and alternatives available nearby. Food and drink from the hotel restaurant was average. The restaurant staff were friendly. Reception staff on checkout were too busy to acknowledge and say thank you or smile. Overall it was an underwhelming experience and one we will remember for the future to avoid Mercure.

中央駅からショッピングモールの通路を抜けてホテルに行くことができます。駅からホテルまで直結と言ってもいいかもしれません。雨の日でも傘は必要ありませんでした。鉄道でドイツに行くのにも、ギリギリまでホテルを利用でき、便利です。各交通機関が集まっている中央駅の近くなので、電車、地下鉄、トラム、バスの中から最適なものを選ぶことができ、どこに行くにも便利です。食事場所にもショッピングにも困りません。部屋も綺麗に整えられていて快適でしたが、シャワーの排水が悪かったのが残念です。
