We Got to the hotel with my two infants and none of the elevators worked properly, had to take staff elevator up and 7 flights of stairs down. We got in our room and it smelled of wet carpet. Then the next morning we got yelled at for eating complimentary breakfast in the restaurant where the manager had told us to eat due to there being no available seating anywhere else. Finally there was a wedding that started at 10:00am with loud speakers of music parading through the parking lot and wedding planner blocked off the entrance to the hotel for this wedding so you could not pick up or drop off customers of the hotel. We have stayed at Hilton hotels plenty of times and this was absolutely terrible.

There were quite a few stains in the bedroom. Especially since I was able to see three of the rooms on my floor. Since I had my own room and also got a room for my mother who decided to switch rooms because her room was so filthy. There were also some stains on the walls. Staff was mostly understanding to issues. The one thing that upset me in regards to staff was being unable to get a late checkout and being told I would have to pay for that option. All in all it’s a good location that needs a lot of improvement. The staff are the real MVP if you were to choose to go there and the waterfall is nice.

When I came in to check in, the person at the front desk wasn't very helpful, but then later I had to go back to the front desk to complain about water coming through my room window. She was greeting someone totally different than when I first came in. I really didn't appreciate that I won't be back to visit because of the way she greeted me as a black woman, and the way she greeted the white lady was extremely unacceptable.
