I love this hotel! It was excellent, as always. Also, we paid a small fee to leave our car at the hotel during the trip. The wonderful gentlemen who drives the shuttle bus dropped us off at the door to check our luggage, and picked us up almost immediately after we claimed our luggage. So quick and easy, and it cost less than using the airport parking, or the off-site parking, plus I know our car will be safe there. The people who run this hotel always go the extra mile. (The room even has a Keurig style coffee brewer. So nice!)

Everything was clean. Nice pool. Hot tub was broken unfortunately. The small Grill restaurant staff were the best. Both dinner and breakfast. So friendly! Beds were extremely comfortable

The outside was dirty and trash was all over. The inside had a musty smell and the carpet was very dirty. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and could not get the luggage cart to the room because once you go down the hall you go through a door and there are four stairs to go down. We had to carry all of our luggage and things down the stairs to the room. This was very inconvenient. Also the hot tube was not working. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone.

The whirlpool hot tub was broken down. The main front door was broken. The lobby floor had a caution: wet, slippery sign up the entire time. I was sliding around in my cross everything I walked through.
