We booked this property a year in advance to ensure that we had a place to stay with our two Chihuahuas. Our daughter got married that weekend and it was a big destination wedding.Carlos is a very responsive host and we are very grateful he allowed our chihuahuas. One of our chihuahuas was 14 and was on a lot of medication for heart issues and it turned out this was our little guy’s last trip as he passed away 3 months after our stay. He was very comfortable during his stay and there were plenty of places to walk both of them.It’s kind owners like this that make it less stressful to travel with pets.This house is cute, well maintained and typical of the charming houses in St Augustine. The master bath is new and nice. Kitchen has a lot, although we didn’t use much except maybe make coffee.Master bed was comfy, we didn’t use the other bath or bedroom.The location is right across from the beginning of everything. It’s easy to park and just leave your vehicle and walk everywhere. The road behind the house is a main thoroughfare but surprisingly it got quiet in the evening. Thank you Carlos!

We rented the house for a family wedding in town. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everthing. House was perfect also 2 bedrooms and baths, amazing tv in livingroom, not that we watched much, but still picture was amazing! Neighborhood was nice as well as neighbors. Had a question to ask about something, got a phone call from property manager within a minute. Would definitely stay here again, and will when we come back down. St. Augustin is a beautiful place!

La Casita is located very near the historic district yet offers a quiet respite in the evening and early morning. My parents and I enjoyed our stay and were please to find off street parking for two vehicles. The house is in the style of a "shotgun shack" with what looks like three different buildings joined together. Please be mindful if traveling with elderly adults, as the floor in the middle of the house, that hosts the dining room and bathroom is very uneven in several places and not level with the newest addition of the home. This room is also dimly lit. We were thrilled with the wide, fully stocked, modern galley kitchen. Plus, the back bedroom has a large, modern restroom ensuite. Beds were comfortable.

As always St. Augustine doesn’t disappoint. Property was perfectly located for all that we wanted to do. And on Saturday we got a bonus in that there was a music festival going on right behind the house and we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy it for free! We will definitely visit again in the future! And would stay here again, if available!

We arrived late but the check in process was very easy. The property is very clean in a quiet part of town with easy walking to the historic district and a short drive to the beach. The bed was comfy and the washer dryer availability was great

My wife and I enjoyed our week's stay here and in St. Augustine. The house is centrally located within the historic district. Within walking distance (.8 miles)of St. Augustine's Northern attractions i.e. Fountain of Youth/First Settlement, Old Jail, and Historic General Store. The home is a 5 minute walk to St. George Street and closeby to other attractions, Lions Bridge, etc. The home was comfortable. Very nice kitchen, well equipped. We loved the front, covered porch for reading and coffee. The bed we slept on was comfortable. All in all a great stay..........thank you.

If you enjoy walking then this is a perfect stay for getting around by foot in St Augustine. The home was perfect for our family of three. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect. The kitchen was great, and a huge tv in the family room. The home was very clean, neighbors nice, and it was very quiet. Great stay.

What a lovely house! So clean, surprisingly roomy, comfortable, with upscale furnishings, a wonderful kitchen & updated appliances. We truly appreciated that the property owner was easy to work with & agreeable to the fact that we were vacationing with our pets. We absolutely intend to stay at this VRBO, again, in the future. One of the best we have booked, anywhere. This stay was beyond five stars!!!

Perfect location...we walked to everything. Ample parking in the back. The house is in the historic district and has been updated yet kept much of the original feel. The only "issue" that we had was getting in with the pass code. We messaged the home owner and he answered immediately fixing the issue. Highly recommend

Out of all the many VRBO’s and AB&B’s we’ve stayed in over the years, we have never arrived on site of a property to what we seen here. It was very obvious the property had not been manicured in quite awhile. Tree branches were hanging so low that some were even touching the ground preventing us from pulling in with our cars in fear we would scratch the paint. The grass and landscape was so overgrown it looked like an abandoned house. I immediately reached out to the owner whose response time was not sufficient enough either. Thanks to a very nice neighbor who offered us a pole saw we were able to trim the branches ourselves to be able to park. The inside of the house was a pleasant surprise considering what the outside looked like. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everyday essentials.

We had a good stay with no problems. The VRBO was located very close to all the activity. The unit had two primary bedrooms each with a bathroom. The house was older but had been renovated nicely.

My husband and I just spent two weeks in this historic house. We found it very neat and clean. It has a lot of character! There was an addition added a few years ago adding a modern kitchen, lovely bedroom and primary bath. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet space. Location was great. Easily walkable to all the historic area has to offer! We had a couple questions along the way and the owner was very quick to get back to us. If and when we ever return this will be our property of choice!

What a lovely house! So clean, surprisingly roomy, comfortable, with upscale furnishings, a wonderful kitchen & updated appliances. We truly appreciated that the property owner was easy to work with & agreeable to the fact that we were vacationing with our pets. We absolutely intend to stay at this VRBO, again, in the future. One of the best we have booked, anywhere. This stay was beyond five stars!!!

We booked this property a year in advance to ensure that we had a place to stay with our two Chihuahuas. Our daughter got married that weekend and it was a big destination wedding.Carlos is a very responsive host and we are very grateful he allowed our chihuahuas. One of our chihuahuas was 14 and was on a lot of medication for heart issues and it turned out this was our little guy’s last trip as he passed away 3 months after our stay. He was very comfortable during his stay and there were plenty of places to walk both of them.It’s kind owners like this that make it less stressful to travel with pets.This house is cute, well maintained and typical of the charming houses in St Augustine. The master bath is new and nice. Kitchen has a lot, although we didn’t use much except maybe make coffee.Master bed was comfy, we didn’t use the other bath or bedroom.The location is right across from the beginning of everything. It’s easy to park and just leave your vehicle and walk everywhere. The road behind the house is a main thoroughfare but surprisingly it got quiet in the evening. Thank you Carlos!

Out of all the many VRBO’s and AB&B’s we’ve stayed in over the years, we have never arrived on site of a property to what we seen here. It was very obvious the property had not been manicured in quite awhile. Tree branches were hanging so low that some were even touching the ground preventing us from pulling in with our cars in fear we would scratch the paint. The grass and landscape was so overgrown it looked like an abandoned house. I immediately reached out to the owner whose response time was not sufficient enough either. Thanks to a very nice neighbor who offered us a pole saw we were able to trim the branches ourselves to be able to park. The inside of the house was a pleasant surprise considering what the outside looked like. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everyday essentials.

We rented the house for a family wedding in town. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everthing. House was perfect also 2 bedrooms and baths, amazing tv in livingroom, not that we watched much, but still picture was amazing! Neighborhood was nice as well as neighbors. Had a question to ask about something, got a phone call from property manager within a minute. Would definitely stay here again, and will when we come back down. St. Augustin is a beautiful place!

The house is very cute! Great location to walk to the historic area with shops and restaurants. Small hiccup when we arrived but Carlos was quick to respond and and the situation was resolved immediately and professionally. Would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location...we walked to everything. Ample parking in the back. The house is in the historic district and has been updated yet kept much of the original feel. La Casita is located very near the historic district yet offers a quiet respite in the evening and early morning. My parents and I enjoyed our stay and were please to find off street parking for two vehicles. The house is in the style of a "shotgun shack" with what looks like three different buildings joined together. Please be mindful if traveling with elderly adults, as the floor in the middle of the house, that hosts the dining room and bathroom is very uneven in several places and not level with the newest addition of the home. This room is also dimly lit. We were thrilled with the wide, fully stocked, modern galley kitchen. Plus, the back bedroom has a large, modern restroom ensuite. Beds were comfortable.

Within walking distance (.8 miles)of St. Augustine's Northern attractions i.e. Fountain of Youth/First Settlement, Old Jail, and Historic General Store. The home is a 5 minute walk to St. George Street and closeby to other attractions, Lions Bridge, etc. The home was comfortable. Very nice kitchen, well equipped. We loved the front, covered porch for reading and coffee. The bed we slept on was comfortable. All in all a great stay..........thank you.

My husband and I just spent two weeks in this historic house. We found it very neat and clean. It has a lot of character! There was an addition added a few years ago adding a modern kitchen, lovely bedroom and primary bath. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet space. Location was great. Easily walkable to all the historic area has to offer! We had a couple questions along the way and the owner was very quick to get back to us. If and when we ever return this will be our property of choice!

This charming VBRO in a fantastic location made our stay truly enjoyable. We appreciated its convenience to downtown St. Augustine and the nearby attractions we love to visit. The cozy porch was a highlight, and with wonderful weather during our visit, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing outside.
This charming VBRO in a fantastic location made our stay truly enjoyable. We appreciated its convenience to downtown St. Augustine and the nearby attractions we love to visit. The cozy porch was a highlight, and with wonderful weather during our visit, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing outside.

Location was perfect for us, we visited Lady La Leche shrine and went on a ghost tour, which both are recommended. The house was exactly as advertised, serene front porch and my wife loved the claw foot tub.
