Hotel was very nice & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. There are 2 reasons why i only gave 4 stars - cleaning was supposed to be done every other day but was not done at all.during our 3 night stay (had to request clean towels - received in about 5min) and curtanis are designed not to close all the way so the street light in the parking lot shined directly in my face all night long.

Great stay. Very clean, beds were comfortable, lots of pillows provided, iron & ironing board available in room. We have stayed in 4-5 star hotels that were not as clean and comfortable as this hotel. Thank you.

Overall it was decent.. quiet at night and there was plenty of dinner options around the area. On checkin, the front desk charged me for the stay even though I had already paid in full through Expedia. I had to go back later and ask for a refund. It was decently clean, but definitely needed a few upgrades like the carpeting was sticky, there was some broken pieces of pipe under the sink/toilet, and the smell was a little musty. We stayed here 3 years ago and you can tell it’s gotten older. Breakfast was pretty good.

The bed was uncomfortable. The tub had mold and dirt in the bottom, and it did not drain properly. I told the front office and they offered to allow me to shower in another room. Because they did not have another king. A room available I will never stay there again.Nor would I recommend anyone else staying there

The hotel was nice and everything seemed clean but we did have a sticky floor (carpeted area). I normally do not ask to change rooms and we didn't this time but had I been staying more nights, I definitely would have. We got in really late and were only staying one night so we dealt with it. Other than that, the stay was great.

The hotel was fine. Many people with dogs which shows its a great place to stay if you're with your dogs. The bed was very very firm and the property is showing its age. Overall it was just what we needed, apart from the hard mattress.

We stayed here on 6/5. The property is clean but very dated/old. It needs to be completely renovated. Peeling wallpaper, sunken mattress, broken tiles, old carpeting and a first for me, the elevator door doesn't completely close before it starts moving. The staff were very polite and friendly. This Hampton just needs a remodel/renovation.

The toilet did not flush very well. You need to look at 207 and check the toilet. Light comes thru where the curtain doesn’t cover the window. The room does not get dark

This has to be one of the worst constructed Hampton that we've ever stayed in. It really needs renovating and repairs. Our bed was the squeekiest one ever. Just moving your foot, made it squeek. The entry door was never installed correctly. The door frame is so out of alignment that when the door is closed, you can see the hallway and all the light from the hallway shines into your room. Don't stay in room 233. Hopefully the entire hotel will be renovated very soon.

Staff was great, but I felt that the rooms were not the most comfortable. Maybe it was because we were in an accessible room, but the rug was thin and uncomfortable to walk on. The walls were thin and we could hear people walking above us as well as road noise outside and someone in another room yelling into a phone. I would not book again unless it was for a deep discount.

This property was fine as a stop over during our travels, but I felt it was somewhat overpriced for the facility itself. For a $200/night room, the bathroom is only modestly updated. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good, but it should not have cost so much for one night.

The check in was not good. They double charged me and couldn't fix it until the next shift. I didn't like the plug ins in the lobby and smell of it in the hallway. There was a homeless camp in the lot next door by the parking area. I wouldn't recommend this Hampton Inn

We paid for a room that sleeps 6, but our room had a broken sofa bed. The view outside our window was of an abandoned car wash where we assume unhoused people were living based on the stuff we saw sitting there. It wasn’t great and we won’t return.

We paid for a room that sleeps 6, but our room had a broken sofa bed. The view outside our window was of an abandoned car wash where we assume unhoused people were living based on the stuff we saw sitting there. It wasn’t great and we won’t return.

When you first pull up to the hotel, there is an unkept looking old bench by the front doors that apparently the workers sit on to wait for rides or something. It gives a very poor first impression of the place. Overall though, the place is clean and well kept and the staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately though, another negative is the free breakfast. I’ve noticed that the quality of the food items being put out at all of the moderate level Hilton properties has been going down, down, down for quite some time now. The tired old make your own waffle irons aren’t cutting it anymore. Some decent bacon and eggs with occasional good biscuits and gravy would be nice again. That used to be done, please do it again. I’m not saying don’t stay at this Hampton Inn, I’m just trying to use this medium as a way to tell Hilton to do better.

We had trouble with keys and had to return to desk. Our key wouldn’t open side doors so we always had to enter the main entrance.
