The Hotel had a horrible odor(pot) in the hallways, and they didn't open the pool unless a guest asked them to because oft the other two properties beside it didn't have one. I asked waited over 30 mins and no one ever came.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. The only real issue was there was no hot water and the hallways reeked of pot coming from at least one of the room. I did not mention either to staff.

I personally was not a fan but it did suffice my needs for the kiddos. I was able to get breakfast for them as well as in and out. Unfortunately, the keys I had couldn't sniff my cell phone (apparently) and it got decoded a few times. Overall I am grateful but I'm going to be a bit more selective with hotel stay (if the pool is a necessity as it was for this particular trip). #theshenaniganscontinues #onmuvahs #theyonyaNoDiddy

Ms Suzette and her staff were amazing. Me and sons and plus one our dog "Dutch" stayed for a few weeks while awaiting our move in date for our new home. Their caring and professional service helped to make an stressful situation much less stressful. This property is the best pet friendly location I have ever visited before. Each day housekeeping check to address all our needs. I would definitely stay again.

This was not a good location. The first one I was given, had a leak in the air-conditioning and the carpet was soaking wet. The room had a dank, musty smell, and the second room I was given, the bed sheets were stained. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was big plastic bins underneath a pretty big leak in the ceiling in the lobby area. The front desk person was friendly enough. She was quick to accommodate me when the first room didn’t work out. But, when I went back downstairs to tell her about the dirty linen in my second room, and that I had changed my mind about staying and that I wanted a refund she was definitely not as friendly.

The young lady that checked us in was amazing, even went to check on our dog when we went to dinner. Lobby was clean. Booked 3 rooms and all of them smelled moldy and horrible. Glass doors in shower hadnt been cleaned and covered in soap scum. Beds are very soft and dipped in the middle. Carpet was tore at edges, felt dirty and still had cracker crumbs from previous guest.

The smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work and all bedding and towels had yellow stains on them. We left our reservation early because of how dirty this hotel was. Only reason i gave it a two was because the staff was friendly.

The room had a smell to it. We had to get some Lysol and spray around the room. The sheets and pillow cases could have been cleaner, we just threw them on the floor. The tub was not clean. It was hair in the sink as well and the flooring could have been cleaned a lot better

The property itself is nice, it’s the customer service that is horrible. There was a billing issue that could have been corrected with just a phone call, but no one at the property, when contacted, was willing to correct the situation, even when a representative from the parent company, Choice Hotels, called them to correct the problem. The issue has still not been resolved. Customer Service is everything to me and they failed miserably.

The staff at this property are very down to earth and very sweet people the GM really cares about his staff and the people that stay here and I love the fact that my son who’s adhd asked them for food even when we weren’t stating that night they allowed him to have breakfast and that really meant a lot!!

Tried two rooms first one had not been cleaned bed thrown all over pizza boxes sitting all over stunk of smoke second room flipped sheets it was dirty and had been slep in a room key on counter someone could come back a horrible experience that I have never seen in my lifetime the clerk tried to help said manager would have to give refund on Saturday haven’t got a text yet if don’t have by Monday I will be making legal contact

The front desk staff was great! Including the breakfast staff…. The rooms was not as nice as shown on the web…. The tub looked and was dirty bc it had a lot of black stains…. The toilet wasn’t stable, bc EVERYTIME you sit down to use it, it leans and comes forward….. They also didn’t have any complementary shampoos, lotions, soaps…. It wasn’t a bad location as it was close to the main shopping strip….

Better than I would have expected for the money. Just needed a place to flop overnight before a long drive. Room was comfortable, if in need of a little love. Free breakfast was good.

Bathroom had a slight cigarette smell for a non smoking room. Breakfast was minimal and small for a $95.00 room. Front desk staff were friendly. Room and beds were OK but nothing above a 3 star. Decent parking.

I was concerned based on other reviews. However, room was decent for price. Cleanliness was not an issue. There was little to no noise. Front desk receptionist was nice and check in was easy. They did give me two rooms next to each other which i had requested. Breakfast was a let down. Overall, i would stay again.

Our floor had a distinct musty wet order in the carpet. The breakfast was not good on any day. It was the same everyday and the eggs and sausage were always overcooked.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The first night we got to the hotel around 9pm Friday and there was a storm, power went out completely from 12am until 12pm Saturday! No AC was terrible. We had an event to get ready for and we had to relocate since we had no power. Maybe invest in a generator? On Sunday, we went downstairs for breakfast at 9:30am and breakfast was long over at 9am…on a Sunday? Normally breakfast ends around 10am or later at hotels on weekends. On Monday, as we’re heading out, we got lucky and were able to have breakfast. I burned my finger on the waffle maker and asked front desk if they had a bandage and the guy was clueless. The had no bandage and no first aid kit at front desk! That’s a necessity! Overall, it was an okay stay. I don’t think I’ll be back if I’m ever in town again. I understand most of my issues were out of the staff’s control but still things could have been handled better.

When we checked in, we realized that there were no towels or washcloths in our room. The TV never worked correctly. All it did was buffer. However, we had a good night's sleep.
