it was fine for the price. the ac sounded like a jet taking off every 3 minutes, there were ants on the nightstand and the mirror was missing. the pool was under construction. but it only cost $120 for one person, so there's that.

The staff was nice but the property was terrible, the room smelled like pee, the tv dont work, the bedroom door knob was comi g off, and the pool was under reconstruction. All in all the place needs to be cleaned up and repaired before excepting guests.i checked out immediately and went somewhere else and did not recieve a refund.

The only complaint I have about my stay was the room had a slight musky smell in it like stagnant air or something. But a few minutes with the ac on and it seemed to go away. Other than that great place and I will stay again. Super close to Braves stadium $10 Lyft ride to the park.

We saw numerous instances of guests smoking in their rooms and hallways. Furniture in our room was old and significantly worn and beaten up. Website depictions of property and rooms was severely misleading and inaccurate, including the significantly overstated rating of the hotel.

The Staffing was very nice. The issues I had was in my room, it wasn’t clean very good, it was trash and a really dirty q-tip on the floor and gnats flying around also the room had a very strong mildewy smell. I was disappointed.

The lobby staff was extremely courteous and professional, 5 stars They only cleaned the room and changed the towels once during my 6-night stay. The room was marginally clean when i arrived. I am bald and do not have a long or blonde hair on my body. But those hairs were stuck to the wall of the shower and the sink. When i walked around the room in my socks, I'd find long blonde hairs stuck in them. Also there were cobwebs hanging over the other bed. 2 stars

Staff was helpful and the hotel as a whole was fine. The "Bistro" prices felt like I was being punished for choosing to eat at the hotel. This is also fine, I guess, as it is likely built for business travelers using expense accounts but if you just wiped out that whole section and replaced it with a well-tended coffee bar that cost $0 instead of $6 a cup I feel like it might even save you money. Also the shower curtains have to be like 2" longer (or mounted 2" lower) as it was a coin flip to see if they'd flop out and soak the floor during a shower. Some have magnets. Has anyone from Marriott been to the closest 4 hotels? Like to compare them? Have they been to the eateries just on Delk? I think they would be upset and a little ashamed if they just did apples-to-apple in that tiny area of Marietta. I don't regret staying here and I don't need any compensation just offering what I have been asked for.

Clean, friendly, nice setting. But, we got the one bedroom suite and it could use some updating. The couch was worn and extremely uncomfortable ( I think pillows were missing? The coffee table was rickety and the lampshades so old they were cracked on the inside. The beds were very firm if you like that. I didn’t. No one slept well. We did appreciate the space of the room except the Bathroom very small . Then you go to the lobby and it looks great. The courtyard looked lovely. Update that room and it will feel consistent with the rest of this nice hotel.

They never cleaned our room until the last night on a 4 night stay, was there from Tuesday to Saturday, never changed the towel, we had to call every evening after getting in at 10 pm at night, from 930 am leaving, we requested our room to be cleaned everyday. Every night no clean room, and the last night they made the beds but didn’t change the sheets. We ate in the bed and residue was left on the sheets from eating and they just flipped over the pillow. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced

Overall great experience. The woman at the front desk at check-in was absolutely delightful! Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, I don’t think I ever got it. She was very helpful. She was very patient as I tried to locate my Bonvoy account. after being on the road for 14 hours, she made it a wonderful beginning to our night stay

We stayed at this property august 13 to 17th, and they never cleaned the room after we requested every morning because we was dealt with funeral arrangements. We left 9 am and returned at 10 pm to a dirty room. We checked out the morning of the 17th and complained to the property manager John, and we told him we was returning on the 24th and he ask us return to the property.We returned and the clerk at the desk noted on our account to have the room cleaned in the morning, as before our room was not cleaned after our second return, we ask for John stated that he was out of town. We brought extra guests and was treated the same thank you for the horrible service we had to endure twice while dealing with death in our family.

Paid for bfast on hotels site. Hotel informed of this . Got charged for internet at intake even though I’m a Marriott awards member had to have that removed at checkout. “Final” receipt showed no additional charges. After I left Justin Brown again charged me for a second breakfast fee of $4.95. Don’t go here go somewhere else.

We are returning home to Illinois from Florida. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this was the best to date! The rooms were very clean & updated, everything worked, and the staff was outstanding! AND our breakfast at the Bistro was truly delicious, along with the Starbucks coffee they served us! I highly recommend Courtyard/Marriott at this location !

We liked that it was easy access on and off the interstate. What we didn’t like were many things. Not what we’ve come to expect from Marriott. The rooms are old, dated and not welcoming at all after 12 hours on the road! The “restaurant” was a small bistro with very few options. Everything was precooked\reheated. I had a BLT and even the toast was soggy. The staff were very pleasant but had trouble keeping up. This same bistro offered breakfast the next morning at a very high cost. Coffee was $5 so we got ours across the street at a gas station for 99 cents!

We stopped on our drive to Florida. It was convenient off of 75S and I picked because it had a restaurant and bar. The menu was very limited to a kitchen remodel and fryer was down and the bar had a very limited selection, so was a little disappointing.

DELIGHTFUL STAFF ALL AROUND! Daphne at the front desk. Morning & Night shift Bistro staff, others at the front desk…all exceptional! Breakfast & dinner were excellent! Room clean, but could use a deep dusting. Soft close room doors would be helpful

Staff was helpful and the hotel as a whole was fine. The "Bistro" prices felt like I was being punished for choosing to eat at the hotel. This is also fine, I guess, as it is likely built for business travelers using expense accounts but if you just wiped out that whole section and replaced it with a well-tended coffee bar that cost $0 instead of $6 a cup I feel like it might even save you money. Also the shower curtains have to be like 2" longer (or mounted 2" lower) as it was a coin flip to see if they'd flop out and soak the floor during a shower. Some have magnets. Has anyone from Marriott been to the closest 4 hotels? Like to compare them? Have they been to the eateries just on Delk? I think they would be upset and a little ashamed if they just did apples-to-apple in that tiny area of Marietta. I don't regret staying here and I don't need any compensation just offering what I have been asked for.

The photos are AI generated marketing mockups. The actual rooms are pretty shoddy. The furniture was damaged, couch cushion held together by large pins, all the hard furniture was banged up and older, the carpet wasn’t clean and the room smelled musty. The lobby is very misleading. Check in and out the staff was indifferent. The lady running the coffee bar was very nice. We honestly would’ve left and stayed elsewhere if we could’ve found availability. I would’ve told them this at check out, but they didn’t even ask how the stay was. 1 ⭐️

hotel was really run down, carpet in halls were stained and gross. the room furniture was old, banged up and couch was stained. the staff, poor lady trying to run the starbucks cafe couldn't keep up with the 4 guests waiting on drinks. there seemed to be help walking around in the back room but just unfortunate they weren't concerned about the 4 customers who were waiting of 20 min plus for a cup of coffee. lastly, OMG... Sunday morning 8:12am, they decided to run a stump grinder 2' outside our first floor sliding window. we had 2 kids sleeping and everyone was startled. called front desk and as she said she was alone... 10 minutes went by... called again, she said she was helping someone at the front desk... i opened the slider and asked the guy to stop... obviously this hotel was understaffed, and not taken care of... absolute horrible experience for branding purposes... we checked out that night and moved to a different hotel
