The room was clean but a lot of things needed fixed like door knobs safety bars in the bathroom were loose there’s no desk like in the photos beds were comfy outside needs cleaned and landscaping But the worst part was they charge you a $10 a day ‘service’ fee that’s totally ridiculous and a $50 ‘incidental’ fee also it’s refundable but not the extra $30 for a service fee

The AC was not up to par, the front desk did not honor or waive my free night. The floor in our room was dirty as hell. Someone "missed" the toilet and didn't mop the floor prior to check in. I'm highly disappointed

The lobby to elevator areas were filled with dirt. The inside of the elevator was dirty. The room was damp and the fridge does not cool. There were several broken items throughout the hotel. The shower had mold and insufficient towels. I had to purchase my own. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is falling apart. The TV was hanging off the wall exposing the wall anchors. Light fixtures were doing the same. The door handle was almost broken. The check-in is a webcam kiosk… as far as clean goes… it’s not. Don’t bother here. Stay at the property literally 100ft next to it.

I’m honestly surprised this hotel has a 4.1-star rating on Google. My experience was very disappointing from start to finish. After driving 7 hours from Florida with two kids for a weekend tournament, I was charged an additional $30 for early check-in, which was frustrating to begin with. When I arrived, I spoke to a front desk agent, only to be directed to a separate kiosk to complete check-in with someone on a screen. That process felt unnecessary and confusing, especially since there was already staff available in person. Once I got to the room, the condition was unacceptable. There were multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues: patched walls that weren’t properly finished, a dirty refrigerator, and hair from previous guests all over the floor. The iron still had water in it, and the luggage rack was broken and unusable. The bathroom was just as bad. The toilet paper holder was broken, the sliding glass shower door was coming apart, and there was visible dirt, dust, and hair on the floors and walls—including behind the bathroom door. The next day, my key card stopped working at a side entrance, forcing me and my kids to walk all the way back to the front desk. The issue was fixed, but no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and indifferent customer service made this a very disappointing stay. Based on my experience, I don’t believe this hotel deserves its current rating.
