This property is going through some good rehab. However at the time of my visit the room we were assigned was not cleaned from prior visitor. Thankfully there were 2 beds and extra towels. Outside and parking lot still a mess.

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. I don't usually stay at what most people probably consider a budget hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the fridge and freezer worked great. It had a decent hot breakfast. Check-in with Pam and checkout with Candy was very pleasant. We had a dually truck and 6 horse trailer and were able to conveniently park in the lot without unhooking.

Both times i stayed there in 2 different rooms on 2 different occasions was provided a preused bar of soap in which was put back in the wrapper....gross! Room had Roaches and found roaches in my luggage!

The photos are very misleading. Hotel is in a rundown part of down. Very very dirty. Smelled terribly of smoke despite request for non smoking room. We were moved and the Ac was broken in that room. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left asap the next morning . Thankfully they refunded our money without difficulty.

We stopped at this hotel on our way back from Florida. Check-in was a breeze and the desk clerk was lovely: however, once we got in our room everything went south. The toilet seat was dirty and the shower had a used bar of soap left from the previous guest. The walls were paper thin. The hotel room doors faced the parking lot, so you heard guests coming and going. The people above us were up half the night partying. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was clean, spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator and small coffee maker was a nice amenity. The hot breakfast had a great selection including sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits, waffkes, cereal and treats. We will definitely teturn if in the area. .

The surrounding area was dirty and sketchy. The sink was clogged, forcing us to brush our teeth in the bath tub. The noise in the upper level was unbelievable. There was a Marijuana roach left on the headboard of the bed. We were charged $20 for our dog (which was not specified when we made our reservation).

Definitely in need of some updates. Could use some USB ports in the room. Things are looking a bit worn and the sidewalk needs some repair. The staff was very good and the breakfast was better than in most places now. Other than inconsiderate guests honking horns and barking dogs we slept pretty well.

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was clean, spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator and small coffee maker was a nice amenity. The hot breakfast had a great selection including sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits, waffkes, cereal and treats. We will definitely teturn if in the area. .

Long check in process, very strong odor in hallways and room. No hot breakfast options, and what was offered was gone by 7:30. Beds were comfortable.

Basic room. Shower head was pretty heavily limed up and water pressure coming through was poor. Room faced I-75, and was quite noisy. Breakfast was okay.

Positive - The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Negative - The air conditioner was noisy; no plug for bathtub; refrigerator was not cold and no temperature dial to adjust. Door falling off the hinge where microwave was stored.

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. I don't usually stay at what most people probably consider a budget hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the fridge and freezer worked great. It had a decent hot breakfast. Check-in with Pam and checkout with Candy was very pleasant. We had a dually truck and 6 horse trailer and were able to conveniently park in the lot without unhooking.

Check in was good the beds were comfortable, but the carpet could use a cleaning, the bathroom door dragging the trim, and the towel rack was about to break off the wall. The breakfast area was small, but the breakfast was good and at 6am we were the only ones there. This is for the staff room 111

My room smelled like mold. The chair cushion was ripped to shreds, the pain was missing on the walls all over. Just disgusting and left because I didn’t feel safe!

Blow dryer was not adequate. Short cord and not very strong. A few of the towels had stains on them, but other than that, the best thing was that the staff was very helpful and friendly.
