This place is horrible. Nasty bathtub, toilet wouldn’t flush unless you manually filled the tank. The bedspread had stains all over it. Most disgusting was Roaches!!!!

I did not stay there. Once i seen the area and the rooms. I left and they said no refund because i already paid through epedia. Well i wasn't going to stay in a dirty and unsafe area.

Doesn't accept Internet payments. That's why it took 1 hour to get room. Lot water in refrigerator. Dirty countertop . No peace of soup. Shampoo. Toilet was clean. Ledy on front desk wsd tires, but was pleasant and did everything to solve problems. There were barking dogs in cages nexi door room.

Made a reservation online but when I got there couldn't check in due to the lady at the front desk saying they don't take reservations online and she couldn't do anything to help me check in or get my money back that I would have to call a number she gave me to get my money back. If you don't take reservations online then don't be in website for people to book.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!! They will say they have rooms available or that they do not accept online bookings. We booked online before we seen the reviews. I called to ask & was told they have no rooms. I had to contact hotels.com to switch to another booking.

Do not I repeat do not book this hotel online. We paid online we get there and they tell us online payments aren't accepted that if we wanted a room we have to pay again in cash. Honestly this place looks more like a place where people live and not rent a hotel room. This place will take online reservations but do not pay for them in advance based on all the other reviews and my personal experiences I would highly recommend finding something else honestly sleeping in a car in the middle of winter with no gas would be better than this place.

We booked this hotel on line but when we got there we were very surprised. There was all kinds of people hanging around. Just gave us weird vibes. Especially with our new grandbaby. We got told that they didn't accept online reservations so our money was gonna have to be refunded by the company we used. Which was an inconvenience bc we had limited funds at that moment so it made it very hard to get another hotel. The place was not clean. When I asked if I could pay cash she said they only had a one bed left. I needed 2 plus a roll out for my grandbaby. They couldn't accommodate to those requirements. I waisted over 30 min and it took 2 and half days for our money to be reimbursed to our card

We pulled in and it looked like a homeless shelter dark no lighting nothing we just left and got another hotel. Unfortunately will still have to pay for this one also.

The pictures look nothing like the actual room. Our door had a hole that was partially covered. My guess is the cops busted that door down at some time. Reserved a King room. They didn’t have one. So we took the Queen. The bathtub was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place was nothing like described with pictures it was a dump the bath tub was nasty and moldy, the bed had a cover of a torn blanket pillow shams old on the pillows, the tv didn’t work at all, we did not stay there, but didn’t get our money back either, a mop bucket for a trash can.

Where do I start… there no keys so I had to be let in to my room. The towels were brown, the water was brown the heat/ ac worked well but it was pushing out idk if it was moldy air or just smoke fumes from another room. I honestly didn’t sleep due to the door rattling I kept thinking someone was trying to come in. The people working the front desk were nice. But this place definitely looks like it came out of an episode of law and order SVU. Women traveling alone I would NOT suggest at all. You’re better off sleeping in a buccees parking lot.

I'll book a two bed room to get there to find out they do not have a two-bedroom room on the property. Properly run down and nasty looking. Towels were dingy looking. Went to the store bought my own towels, pillows, and a comfort set.
