Budgetel Inns & Suites - Atlanta Galleria Stadium

Horrible!! Will not stay again. The Sink was a Metal Bowl with a hole cut out... 2 tiny pillows for a mint bed and would not give more. 2 total towels in the bathroom. Zero furniture besides the bed and 1 small table under the TV. Dirty walla and floors.

The hotel felt haunted, I slept with all the lights on in my room being a female alone there. The key cards to get into the rooms did not work, every single time I wanted to get into my room I had to ask the front desk to reload my room key to gain access and the front desk staff was very rude about it.

This was the stay from Hell. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Building looked abandoned. The lobby and halls were filthy. I did not have any towels so the staff made me walk down the hall on the first floor to get from the laundry room PILE! All towels were dingy and gross. My room was no better. Tv didn’t work, bed was old and stained. Pillows were disgusting. My shower didn’t work so I had to go to the airport without a shower. Floors were dirty, lamp and ac broken. BAD BAD BAD. When I complained to staff they acted like they couldn’t understand and said they couldn’t help me. Worst place ever.

Pictures of the property on the site are either old and from prior ownership or AI. Everything was dirty roaches bed bugs and mold. My room smelled like smoke. I stayed there for an hour and left and booked elsewhere. Could have asked for another room but I had no confidence as all the carpet in the hallways were also dirty.

It was awful no television no trash can roaches staff was not friendly it was a crack hotel
