One elevator was not working and the doors of "working" elevator would not open all the way and was very slow. Long lines of people waiting to use the 1 "working" elevator . indoor pool was empty. outdoor pool was dirty, water was hazy and looked like it had not been cleaned for some time.

The best thing about this property is the staff. They were very kind and friendly, as well as very helpful. I connected with about 5 staff and only 1 did not fit this description. The front lobby area is beautiful and modern. However, the pools left much to be desired. The outdoor pool was open but the water was very cloudy. The indoor pool was under construction and looked rough. There was also a hot tub that looked dated. The rooms were clean and nice. However, lighting was terrible. Also, there were several areas that were patched up, making the room look rundown. The most frustrating part is I repeatedly tried to work with Expedia and the property to check out early and get a credit for the night I wasn’t staying. However, I had to go through several hoops and didn’t get that issue resolved. That was very frustrating. The property has great easy, free parking. It’s also close to several shops and restaurants. Target, Starbucks and Chipotle are walking distance, along with some other local restaurants. Overall it was a nice property. I give it 3 stars due to the condition with patched up stuff.

I really really enjoyed this hotel. Only thing that was odd was the elevator. It was extremely slow sometimes taking minutes to close, but other than that, the hotel was extremely nice. No complaints. I love the free parking and the shuttle to and from the Truist park. Plus I like they had an indoor hot tub.

Wonderful location for the Braves stadium. The shuttle bus the hotel provides seating for 12, so prepare to wait, walk or Uber. Walking was 1.5 miles. The check-in staff are rude and need some customer service training, but overall it was clean and a quiet area.

It was close to Truist park but the shuttle was too small for the amount of people going to and from the game. Also the room was clean but whoever did the renovations was very sloppy. Expecting nicer room at a $300 rate. Staff was great and lobby was super nice!

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were not fully filled up when checking into the room. There was no towel on the shelve in the pool area, so I asked the front staff for some pool towel, but they just told me to wait until the other staff who takes care of preparing towels to show up. I can’t say enough about the kind and caring staff here at the DoubleTree. Stacy was my first point of contact - she went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in for me. She empathized with us so naturally, and I really felt taken care of. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the king sized bed was so comfy that we slept in until 1pm! My next “wow” moment was the next evening; I approached the bar/restaurant and bc it was empty, I asked the man if the kitchen was closed? He was so warm and friendly and offered to fire up the kitchen to make me a pizza. He introduced himself as Brian. I was just blown away at the genuine hospitality. Brian really didn’t have to accommodate me but he did anyway, and in a way that made me feel welcomed. I wanted to make sure I gave these staff a proper shout out for being AMAZING just because. 10/10 will be back to this DoubleTree. Your kindness is so appreciated.

I like that the hotel is near by restaurants and target. I dont like that the vents around the hotel are dirty. I see dust stuck on vents within my hotel room and I am sensitive to dust. The hotel should have a better air filtration.

The door to my room was damaged and was hard to open each time. The bath tub was dirty and the room did not smell fresh. The chairs by the outdoor pool area, had a damp smell and the water in the jacuzzi was very dirty. Some tiles were missing around the pool area as well. The maintenance was lacking overall in this department.

The hotel smells like a Chinese restaurant when you walk in… not sure why? Super weird. Power in room flickered day 1 & 2. The room kept losing power. The AC temperature would drop over night & when you wake up in the morning the bathroom had water on the counter which was coming from the light. The room was nice & would’ve received a better rating had the above not happened.

You can tell that the property is old and they did some renovations to spruce it up. The doors are EXTREMELY heavy so you can hear people’s doors closing all throughout the day and night. Also, their plumbing must be old because you can randomly hear a screeching noise when people turn their water on. However, the staff and the other patrons were very nice and the location was ideal for what I needed to do for my short stay.

Also, their plumbing must be old because you can randomly hear a screeching noise when people turn their water on. The lobby is gorgeous and it looks like they tried to upgrade the rooms, but there is this a feeling of datedness to the rooms, like they used layers of paint to do a quickie upgrade. The HVAC system seriously needs a rehaul - there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. The fitness center was boiling hot with low ceilings. The noise was very problematic. I was facing the parking lot and there was music blasting at 1:30 am as multiple cars pulled in. You could hear everything from the hallways as people tromped to their rooms. Being woken up by housekeeping knocking on the door (way before checkout time) was also unpleasant.

Paid for a balcony and after 3 room changes still didn’t get a balcony, room we got had a window that took us 15 minutes to finally get locked. Sound from vents in bathroom kept family up all night! Lobby area nice. Rooms need updated And windows!

Old property--feels worn. I would not rate this as a 4-star property. Rooms need attention. Mattress was rutted. Bathrooms are very small. The lobby is huge and has potential, but is currently underutilized for guests. It feels like it's mostly used for conferences.

Old property--feels worn. I would not rate this as a 4-star property. Rooms need attention. Mattress was rutted. Bathrooms are very small. The lobby is huge and has potential, but is currently underutilized for guests. It feels like it's mostly used for conferences.

I can’t say enough about the kind and caring staff here at the DoubleTree. Stacy was my first point of contact - she went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in for me. She empathized with us so naturally, and I really felt taken care of. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the king sized bed was so comfy that we slept in until 1pm! My next “wow” moment was the next evening; I approached the bar/restaurant and bc it was empty, I asked the man if the kitchen was closed? He was so warm and friendly and offered to fire up the kitchen to make me a pizza. He introduced himself as Brian. I was just blown away at the genuine hospitality. Brian really didn’t have to accommodate me but he did anyway, and in a way that made me feel welcomed. I wanted to make sure I gave these staff a proper shout out for being AMAZING just because. 10/10 will be back to this DoubleTree. Your kindness is so appreciated.

Rudest person ever at the front desk. She lied and said my reservation was cancelled. Refused to give me a room. When I asked for help, she refused. Left me crying in the lobby. Then sent me, a single woman out in the middle of night to find another hotel room. Horrible. I travel over 100 days a year and have never experienced this type of treatment. Unacceptable.

We had booked a one night stay for myself, my wife, and our one year old daughter. We had to get a room change so our daughter could have a quiet place to sleep since our original room was by the pool and it was too loud for her to fall asleep. During the night after we had all gone to bed, a stranger tried to enter our room. After telling them they had the wrong room and they left, we informed the front desk, giving them our room number. We were told that it was a guest who thought that was the room he had reserved through e-check in. 15 minutes after that, someone again tried to open the door to our room. It turned out to be someone from the front desk checking to see if the room was occupied. They did not announce themselves prior to trying to open the door. I went to the the front desk to address this with a manager and was told that the front desk clerk did not update our reservation to show that we had changed rooms. 30 minutes after speaking with the manager, another employee came to our room to see if the room was occupied because he had a list showing our room as vacant. I cannot emphasize enough how upsetting it was to have two different people, one of them a hotel employee, try to enter our room in the middle of night completely unannounced. We only wanted safe and comfortable accommodations and the hotel staff failed us. This was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had.

This place is okay fir a quick stay. When booking it seems as if it is close to the ball park. It is about 2 miles away so walking is out if you think you are going to a concert and are within walking distance. An uber will run you upwards of $40. It is located in an industrial park. The front desk was helpful. The rooms smelled of strong, the catpet is worn and has a bit of a funky smell. The paint on the doors and walls needs to be touched up because it is peeling. That all said the bed was clean and i didnt feel uneasy getting into it. It's fine for a quick stay.

The room had nice fixtures and very comfortable beds. My family and I enjoyed hanging out at the outdoor pool but the indoor pool looked nice also. We went to a Braves game and the hotel staff was very helpful answering questions we had regarding the game. The hotel was also less than a mile from the stadium. Highly recommend

We only stayed 1 night. The bed was very nice and the AC was great! The lights in the room were pretty dull. I hated that I had to pay to park at the hotel I was staying at. That was a little ridiculous. I can tell it is an older hotel that hasn’t really been renovated recently. The lights outside were falling down. The wallpaper/paint in the room and bathroom were peeling. The vents were dusty. If I was staying a while, I wouldn’t stay here again. For 1 night, it works.

The stay at the Hotel and the room was great. However, we were there to see a Braves game and the shuttle driver took us to the stadium dropped us off and told us it would be good if we left in the 7th inning of the game to catch the shuttle back to the Hotel and that he would not stay past 10:00 pm. I paid to see a baseball game not a portion of the game but the whole game. One of the reasons I stayed at this Hotel is because of the shuttle service. Needless to say the game was over at 10:04 and the shuttle was gone when we got the pickup spot and we had to walk back to the Hotel. This was after leaving the shuttle driver a $20.00 tip. Not Happy!!!
