The main level had the smell of mold. There was water in the carpets, and they had blowers on the carpet throughout the weekend I was there. The washers/dryers did not work, and the front desk did not know when a repair team was coming to repair them. The elevator had a hard slam to close. I had a leak in the pipes of the sink in my room, and the sliding doors to my shower would not close bring more water onto the floor. This was my first time, and my last time.

I liked it & it was my first time going there. I got my room changed because there was a problem. I got the first floor & I loved it. I disliked was the toilet seat & the original room. When I got the new room the heater wasn't working. The thing is it was new, but they will get it fix soon. Other than that, I enjoyed the free breakfast & the free parking.

Super close to Truist Park. Checking in took a long time. The guy checking us in left the desk to talk to someone halfway through and we just stood there holding all our bags until he decided to come back. All the other employees were great though. The room smelled like cat litter and was so humid, the carpet felt wet. Bathroom sink faucet wasn’t screwed on correctly and sprayed water everywhere.

Everyone was really friendly, the hot breakfast was amazing! The room was clean but the bathroom tub floor and hallway carpets were not. Great for the price and conveniently located!

Property conditions are terrible. Apparently they were trying to clean the carpets in the hall, so they were soaking wet. They had fans blowing on them the 2 days we were there and they were still wet when we left. Carpet in our room had random wet spots. The room smelled so musty that we had to put air fresheners out. No vent in the bathroom so everything, including the walls are damp. On a good note, the staff are very friendly and there are lots of options for breakfast. Definitely disappointed and would never stay here again.

The front desk staff was excellent; but, the lobby smelled like marijuana, the halls and elevators were dingy. I got eat up by bed bugs. Yuck !!!

I expected more from a Hampton inn. The quality of the room and hotel was more like that of a red roof inn. I’ll spend extra and stay somewhere nicer next time.

Rooms were dark and outdated, but clean. Elevator was so slow. I did not feel safe, felt like housekeeping was being shady. The sink in my room was coming off the wall. Slanted down. My new $30 perfume rolled off the counter and broke. All of the plugins were too lose and I couldn't charge anything. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great.

We liked the location, the facility itself was clean, the lobby is small, the elevators are old and not easy to find, the breakfast offering was excellent. The staff we dealt with were awful and reflect badly on your brand. The desk clerk was slow to respond to our standing at the desk, somewhat rude in telling us that "check-in time is 3:00' (we knew that!). She gave us keys that didn't work, was not friendly when we asked for new keys, and seemed flustered when the small lobby filled up with 10-12 guests checking in. The room was okay, the bed comfortable, and there was no soap in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is clearly aging and in need of a refresh. It is not quite up to what we've come to expect from the Hyatt/Hampton flag. And most certainly the front desk staff is in need of ordinary good manners, training in handling guests questions, and providing assistance to guests.

Had to change rooms three times in one day. First room door did not lock, second room had no heat, third room was just right. Front desk took care of us efficiently. Breakfast was great.

So I arrive at the hotel. Nobody at desk which was ok because maybe he had to take something up. Then he started to check my reservation. Another guest came out of his room and said that the person that checked him earlier said he can check back around 3 to see if he can get an additional room. So the fd agent then asked me if I need two bed or one. I booked two beds. Which was understandable to be given to the guest who had his family when it was only my lady and I . So he gave the guest the room. Then proceeds to check me in, now he neglected to inform me that the king he has was occupied earlier and they complained about the ac not working. I know that I was only there just for 8 hrs but that information should have been brought up before I gave up my room which probably had ac. So we went to the room accompanied by the agent, he asked if it ok , at this point with no rooms available in the surrounding area I had no other choice but to accept the room. It was bearable for the 1st hour then the heat came full force. So at this point my wife decided to get up and start getting ready for her flight. She attempted to shower and the nob to turn on water fell off. I dropped her off to the airport came back to the hotel and decided to just stay in my car with ac then later went up to room to shower and check out. I just wish that I would have been told before I gave the room away then give me the option but he checked inn room got my incidentals pymt and told me after the fact.

The room was exactly as pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a cold and hot variety. The only complaint was the A/C unit stopped blowing cold air during the night. Other than that it was a great stay for the Breezy Bowl Concert!

The service at this location left a lot to be desired. We drove 7 hours to Atlanta due to a delayed flight that was later cancelled. The hotel was called around 10pm advising that we would be sure to make our reservation (that we payed for starting earlier that day) but we wouldn’t be arriving until the early hours of following day due to the unforeseen delays. When we finally arrived to the hotel, I was encountered with the fact that our two queen bed reservation had been given away and three people were expected to sleep on one king bed. We were too tired to go find another hotel at that time so we agreed to take what we could get. The staff advised that they would be on the lookout for a room with two beds the following morning, there was no f/u made nor any indication that they cared after that. We were also missing full toiletry supplies in the bathroom as well. Very disappointing stay for the name and price of the hotel.

Great location! We were there from Florida for Six Flags but wanted to do some other things so chose here and it was great. Went to the malls, Perimeter Mall just north of here also. Great eating places right there and Braves stadium was just an exit away, so we ate there one night too. Rooms were clean, kids used the pool and gym both days. Breakfast was a full meal and really good. They kept the area clean and stocked for everyone. Would stay here again if in the area.

I always choose Hampton for their cleanliness and awesome beds. This place was an $8 UBER ride to the Braves stadium which is why we were there. Perfect location

Great experience since the moment I called (before even booking) all the way to check out. Lovely staff and nice rooms. Walking distance to the mall and other shops/restaurants. Great location. Will definitely be back!

All in all it was a good experience. The front desk ladies were especially gracious. The room was fine, very clean. The breakfast was not as appealing, but the all-day coffee/tea supply was much appreciated.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! So many issues! To start, we were greeted by breakfast food (eggs and hash browns) dumped on the ground. It remained there all 3 days of our stay. The young lady at checkin was very nice and kind. In our 1st room, the tv, ac and phone did not work. We received another room, but all this was extremely inconvenient. One of two elevators was out of service. The 2nd broke down as well the 1st morning of our stay. After walking down multiple levels for breakfast, there was no breakfast or even coffee. No one staff wise cared. The tile in the elevator was broken (trip hazard). There were holes in the room walls where something had previously been. It was just a disaster of a hotel. I totally blame management for lack of upkeep.

Staff was extremely friendly, which is always one of the most important & appreciated factors that I remember about a stay! Big thank you for exceptional customer service when we checked in! Hotel and room were very nice and clean; bed was super comfy! Walkable to Truist Park if you choose & we come to ATL for the Braves so that was key! A shuttle would be wonderful but, wouldn’t keep us from staying again. Breakfast was delicious & plenty of seating. Very pleased overall and I’m sure we will be back

Carpet was dirty, frayed, and worn. Room smelled musty, and unpleasant. All towel holders on wall were loose and about to fall off Ice machine on my floor and above mine out of order. During my stay, a cart was ran into the wall next to my door and broke a huge hole 12in plus in drywall and bent a metal stud. Brown water when I turned on my shower. For the price I paid and for the brand of hotel I was severely disappointed. And I will never recommend or stay there agin.

This property is run horribly. It was dirty, amenities we not available/working, staff was unhelpful. We stayed one of our seven nights and went to a different hotels for the rest of our stay. Sadly Expedia was less than helpful in resolving the problems. Lesson learned, check reviews and be prepared to do the work for Expedia if any issues should arise.
