The hotel location was amazing, the hotel needs a little revamp with the carpets looking old and the air ducts looked dirty with mold but overall was a great stay with great room. Breakfast was really good and the pool was nice!!!

Wait times were excessive, frequently reaching approximately 10 minutes. Simply traveling to and from our room became frustrating and time-consuming. We understand that there was a large convention taking place; however, if the hotel accepts reservations during a major event, it should also be adequately prepared to accommodate all of its registered guests. The elevator situation directly affected our breakfast experience. One morning, our family arrived at the breakfast area at approximately 9:34 a.m. after experiencing another lengthy elevator wait. As we approached the breakfast area, an attendant who was wheeling away a breakfast cart told us, “Sorry, you missed it,” and informed us that there were no exceptions. We explained the situation and spoke with the manager on duty, who did allow us into the breakfast area. Unfortunately, by that point, essentially no food remained.
