I love the service, availability and parking options. And the fact we were at the parks in no time flat. Also, we are foodies so all the best places to eat are also not far whatsoever. Just beware of the people hanging around in the back of the building. There is plenty of parking even if no one was really using the back lot because of the amount of homeless people or people living in their cars having a party or hanging by the trash around there.

The first room smelled like someone's year old gym socks. I was reassigned to room #308. It only smelled a little when you first entered. The bathroom light was out. The cook top did not work. Hotel advertised toaster and kitchen utensils were available. They were not. Not enough luggage carts, and the ones that were available were in disrepair.

Nice place for a weekend stay. Wouldn't want to stay any longer than that. Can hear what is going on in next room. Booth my daughter & I are deaf. The fire alarm went off, but we did not know it because our room did not have the flashing fire alarm. My daughter happen to open our room door & saw the flashing fire alarm & let me know. Thank goodness it was a false alarm!

The property and room was clean! Great budget hotel and room had a kitchen which was a bonus! It was easy to find and access interstate and it was right next to universal! If you stay here try Junior Columbia burger it’s Amazing, it’s like three min down the road. Lots of dogs at this accommodation as well and I loved to see that!! It made me feel very welcome and it made it feel like home

The condition of this hotel in particular were not the best being in the location near Universal Studios. The room smelled as if they had fumigated and smelled like dirty socks. I found roaches crawling in some places, especially in the night stand where I was charging my cell phone : /

Staff was very nice the hotel was what I would expect for the price however online it does say hair dryers are available and at this location they no longer have any at the front desk also they stated the grab and go breakfast bar would also have oatmeal and grits and every time when I went out in the morning neither of those were available and the muffins where gone almost every time so I wouldn't count on breakfast the room was comfy and clean for the most part the fridge was a little rusty and the door swung the wrong way in my opinion but that's not a huge deal the one thing that was kind of gross was I did see a roach on the kitchen counter my second night there so that wasn't pleasant and made me triple check my stuff and that I wasn't sleeping with any or taking any home but other then that it's a pretty fair priced hotel for a roof over your head and a place to sleep

Check-in was smooth. Getting to the room was awful. The 3rd floor smelled of marijuana. When we got to room, the trash can was not emptied from the previous occupant. We put the trash can outside the door and reported it to the front desk clerk. It was never picked up. The shower plumbing was not working properly and we could feel all the coils in the mattress. I almost fell out of the desk chair. One of the 5 foot rollers was missing. The only positive thing I can comment on is that the location was convenient to Universal Studios.

No breakfast. Only a few chocolate muffins were in a basket that 3 kids ran up and took. Coffee, that was the only thing there. The room was horrible. The stove had rush, zero cups/plates/bowls/silverware. No coffee pot or coffee. When i asked the desk none were available either. Room smelled like weed/cigarette smoke. Holes in the computer chair. Dirt on the floor. A live ROACH was running around the room. Much of the room had cracked/peeling paint and the shower had mild under the shower bench and around the bottom. Disgusting. Staff forgot they assigned me to the room and tried to push the door open past the security lock to get in.

Staff was very pleasant. My non-smoking room reaked of smoke. Constant tobacco smell. All of the contents of my luggage smelled of tobacco when I returned home. Everything was fine. I was just disappointed in the internet access. After a long day of travel, I just wanted to relax and watch some tv. The tv signal was bad and kept cutting out. The front desk receptionist was nice, but admitted the internet connection was lacking before I even checked in.

Took too long to check in, elevator door opened to a staff member cursing (unaware that customers were in the lobby), room with a kitchenette with no cookware, dinnerware or utensils, no washcloths available -went to the front desk where were provided kitchen/dish rags?????? Hotel ran out of toilet paper!!!! Was told that their shipment had not come in, leaving us to purchase toilet paper on our own! Cable worked intermittently, channels were freezing up. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The breakfast is just a scam. What they offered cannot be called close to a breakfast, its just a packed tiny muffin and coffee. That's it. The hotel said it includes a small kitchenette with pots and basic utensils. When we arrived there was no pots, plates, cups or utensils. When we asked the reception for them, they said they don't have! If I would have known this I would have booked another other even if it would have costed me twice as more. I wanted the option to cook simple meals on my own but it was not possible and with the absense of breakfast we have to go out to eat every single time.

I was told due to the property being conpletely booked up they had no utensils as advertised online or in the rooms. There were no clean pots, pans or silverware available. One of the isle burners didnt work and the receptionist at the front desk stated they haven't had dish detergent in months!!! The propwrry looks very old and outdated. The fridge barely closes and the tub didnt look like it was cleaned in days.

During my escape due to the hurricane that destroyed everything, majority of the team members had a nasty attitude. The one lady that’s from Jamaica and the plus size light skinned lady were the most friendly and helpful. I believe the 6.2 stars on the website were very generous. I never checked in. They took a picture of my ID without any warning and without my permission. When I complained I was first threatened and then told that my reservation was refused. I asked them to delete the picture of my ID since I was no longer staying and they refused. Now believing that my ID and info was going to be used for nefarious purposes I called the police as it is illegal to do what they did. The police arrived and they and the customer service rep of Extended Stay on the phone told her to delete my photo and they still refused making an excuses. There is now a police report filed and I will be following up with extended stay until I'm sure they do not have my info. If Expedia does not issue me a refund for this reservation I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Do not go to this hotel. I'm not even mentioning all of the other things we noticed completely wrong like the people outside loitering doing drugs. The GM and the attendant that were working need to be fired for their completely disgusting inhuman behavior.

It was horrible experience. I booked the double bed room and requested for extra blankets. When I get to the hotel, it was weird that one lady behind the counter was screaming on phone at the customer. Than another lady try to look for us booking and her computer was working and she was banging on the computer. She than informed me that they don't have any pillows or blankets. I said ok. The hotel had a mildew smells. Checked in the room to find BLOOD STRAINS on the sheets when my son try to lay down. He freaked out and I called the front desk and the lady said i just washed new sheets and you can come and get them. I asked to change room and she denied. We wanted to leave but it was late night and I didn't know if we will find any at that time. So we adjusted. Now there is no proper breakfast. Its granola bar and coffee/ tea and muffin. THAT'S IT. so much misinformation about this place. I did complained to the front desk and she said it is what is.I can't do anything. It is Ridiculous service and place. We paid around $300 for 2 nights and was not happy with hotel and service. It was smelling, mildew and no kitchen utensils. I had to ask multiple times and I got only plates and 4 spoons. It was absurd! I will definitely not be booking again this hotel.

I love the service, availability and parking options. And the fact we were at the parks in no time flat. Also, we are foodies so all the best places to eat are also not far whatsoever. Just beware of the people hanging around in the back of the building. There is plenty of parking even if no one was really using the back lot because of the amount of homeless people or people living in their cars having a party or hanging by the trash around there.

Check-in was smooth. Getting to the room was awful. The 3rd floor smelled of marijuana. When we got to room, the trash can was not emptied from the previous occupant. We put the trash can outside the door and reported it to the front desk clerk. It was never picked up. The shower plumbing was not working properly and we could feel all the coils in the mattress. I almost fell out of the desk chair. One of the 5 foot rollers was missing. The only positive thing I can comment on is that the location was convenient to Universal Studios.

Property its just another hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and safe!! This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I would say for tourist families they might not feel as comfortable like any other universal hotel

The property and room was clean! Great budget hotel and room had a kitchen which was a bonus! It was easy to find and access interstate and it was right next to universal! If you stay here try Junior Columbia burger it’s Amazing, it’s like three min down the road. Lots of dogs at this accommodation as well and I loved to see that!! It made me feel very welcome and it made it feel like home

Most of the staff were friendly. I stayed for 4 weeks. They only cleaned my room one rime and she did a horrible job. I keep my space clean so I only needed her to vacuum and wipe down. She told me she was on light duty and did not have a vacuum so she sweep the floor with a broom. When I asked could my room be cleaned more often I was told they only clean ever 14 days. I am wheelchair impaired. They wouldn't even yake out my trash. When I asked for clean towels she took the ones I had a put them in the wash, when she gave it back to me she balled them up and put them in a trash nag. The free breakfast was nutri grain bars, packaged mini muffins, packaged instant grits and coffee. They advertise free breakfast from 6 til 9, I came down at 8am and it was all gone. The clerk told me its because of the construction workers. I am glad I was able to get a wheelchair accessible room. The room was fine but as a handicap person I wish they could have at least taken my trash out. I physically could not wheel myself and carry the trash way down to the end of the corridor. It was rude and inconsiderate. I had to have my son drive an hour to do that for me. The room was fine tho. It had everything I needed. If you are not wheelchair impaired you will be fine.

This was one of my worst experiences ever. The toilet leaked water out of the o-ring. There was no cover plate on the wall power outlet by the AC unit. The countertops were all chipping away. The lady at the front was not very helpful and borderline rude. Went to get breakfast and they had 3 muffins and some granola bars left at 8:00 AM.

It was awful.. honestly money wasted. Would have rathered slept in my car than go stay there again. As soon as i arrived (late check-in) the smell of marijuana penetrated my car . Wierd people outside in the dark chain smoking cigarettes. Butts everywhere btw.. front desk was closed , had to call to get someone to come greet me . Lobby smelled like wet dogs. As soon as i got in my room the refrigerator was a sight for sore eyes. It was a rusted nd old and dirty looking and very displeasing . Room smelled funny . Toilet seat was broken and there stains in the shower. WOULD NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!

Arrived at midnight to property and a woman in a trenchcoat attended me. She gave me two key key cards which didn’t work. Then I went to the desk. She jumped over the counter and tried to reconnect my cards to my room, then told me only one card will work. She could not get both cards to work. Police came two nights in a row to the property. There was marijuana smell throughout the hotel, hallways, and outside. It looked like homeless people we’re staying at this property I felt unsafe and I felt that my daughter was unsafe. Breakfast is basically a Basket with two different types of muffins and granola bars. One coffee machine, then my room had not been vacuumed or swept in. God knows how long the walls were. All dirty. Plaster was off the walls. The stove had never been clean. The microwave had not been cleaned ever. I have pictures to prove all of this, and I spoke to a wonderful assistant manager, who said that she would take care of this at the time of my departure. There was only one cart in the entire place for a guest to use to load and unload packages. We had four towels, and when we went to the front lobby to ask for more, they told us we had to drop off these towels, so they would wash them and return them to our room door. This never happened. Therefore, we had no towels until we went back and asked, for the towels we dropped off. They were not delivered to our room. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here. This is not a place for tourist. Coming to Orlando
