Sleep Inn & Suites Ocala

Poolen var lukket de 4 dage vi var der. Værelset lugtede af røg. Morgenmad var ok, men bar præg af at det havde ligget længe. Personale var meget sure, og vores opfattelse var at hotellet skulle spare og kun lige købte det mest nødvendige.

I had a very pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming back May of 2027. I was in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. LOVE the fact they are switching to hard wood floors instead of nasty carpet!!! Will be returning!!

Room did not look like pictures. Carpets were stained, room smelled and there was hair in the bed. Men's public bathroom was out of order.

Firstly, the overnight gentleman with the long ponytail and the older lady who handled breakfast were absolute gems. They were both very kind, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, Room 101 could use some attention. When we first entered, the room had a strong wet dog smell, though it improved after the A/C had been running for a while. The bed on the right side also has a large dent in it, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in since I kept rolling into the dip throughout the night. The shower was the biggest issue and very difficult to manage. The curtain is too short, and the shower lip does not keep the water contained properly. Water hits the curtain and runs onto the floor, flooding the entire bathroom every time someone showers. Additionally, the sitting area with the couch could really use a lamp or some overhead lighting, as the room overall feels very dark. Overall, the staff was excellent and provided great service, but the facility itself was a bit uncomfortable and could use some improvements.

It seems that they were under renovation. Our room was damp and hot. The A/C did not get the room cool enough. But it was understandable because the entire hotel was under renovation. The staff were kind and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the guests were comfortable.
