The stay was great! They were sold up so parking was kinda hard if you come in late but other than that the stay was great! Clean and comfy room! AC BLASTING Wi-Fi jumping lol. Have nothing bad to say.

Nice and quiet for the most part, however, there was not a do not disturb sign left in the room. I’d asked for it didn’t get it until the day before the last day of check out… Every day housekeeping would bang bang on the door I kept telling them I didn’t need anything. Even had Cleaner tried to come into the room after 5 PM, not cool. Also no elevators so if you have issues with climbing stairs, walking like I do, then please take a note of this and ask for first floor. I did, but I didn’t get to check in till 530 and they said they were completely booked up another thing I didn’t think was cool.

I'm pretty sure there are people living there full time. I was right next door to one family. The hotel has a no dog policy that is not enforced - they said because the pets in question were "support dogs". The chi-weiner pup in the room next to mine was certainly not a service animal and had an aversion to my sister - tried attacking her every time she walked outside & even ran into our room. We didn't get to enjoy the pool during our stay. There were only 5 lounge chairs for the whole complex and towels & clothing were left scattered & hung over the railing every night. Lots of trash each morning in the parking lot from parties the night before. Staff cleaned up daily. Also, the family that I believe lives there approached my sister and me daily about repairing a dent in the car I drove. Apparently I wasn't the only one since we noticed they were doing body work on another vehicle in the parking lot the last day of our stay. As far as amenities - had to ask front desk for a TV remote, ice bucket & do not disturb sign. Ice was provided - for a fee. Housekeeping entered our room one time - left towels but didn't take the trash & took the extra roll of TP that was in the room. That's when I got the DND hanger. I booked this place last minute because it was the least expensive I could find. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. It was the behavior of the other guests - that management seemed to ignore - that will keep me from ever returning here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very clean and anything we needed, we asked and they provided. The pool was super nice and clean. I liked that it wasn’t overpowered by chlorine and the pool didn’t close til 11 which was great after a long day. The beach isn’t that far but I suggest if you stay off the beach and are not close to public access to go down to Henderson Beach Park. You pay $6 but are there all day. It’s very clean and lots of families. Also they have a very large pavilion. The motel was pretty close to a lot of activities and shopping, even though we did drive to most of the attractions. Right there with the motel is The Shrimp Basket which is handy for an easy seafood meal close. If you are looking for a getaway without a lot of Gus and just a simple, clean, quiet place then this is your style. As a family of four it was a little tight but we made it work and had an awesome time. We would def stay again.

Everything was great. Check in was speedy. Room was spacious. Plenty of parking. They even had several of the charging stations for vehicles. The only "complaint" was that the water temperature could have been a little hotter but that was not a true issue. Highly recommend the place and the location was about a 10-15 min drive (depending on traffic) to the beach.

The property has EV chargers that I didn't see on website.

Stairs were to narrow and steep to get to second floor.

We stayed 5 nights and the room was never cleaned. the corridors and stairs are dirty and the pool does not have water to bathe before entering and the most curious thing is that it is in the rules of use of the pool. the price would not be bad if it had other conditions.

Check in was fast and easy. Took less than 2 minutes. Bed was comfortable, but there was no bar soap or shampoo provided. Water in the shower was only lukewarm.

The place was very clean and smelled amazing. You can tell they really pay attention to cleanliness. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Wish I could get a refund, reviews are misleading. Found makeup on ALL of the towels. Found hair in the bed sheets, blood stains on the pillows… the bathroom shower was so visibly dirty it was crazy how they even rent a room like that.

The hotel was recently remodeled and very clean. One of the cheapest places I found in the area but nicer than the others.

The floors weren’t clean and it had roaches and the lobby smelled like cigarettes, if it wasn’t for that it would’ve been descent to stay for one night

Mildew and mold smell as soon a you walk into the room. Linoleum flooring pulling back from the base boards and mold was evident. The room was completely dirty.

Bathroom had not been properly cleaned. I bought my own cleaning supplies and did it myself. Room smelled horrible! It smelt like mildew and mildew was all on the blinds and air conditioner unit. Dirty towels were in front of our door and mildew spray cleaner when we checked into our room. We were only there for 2 days until we couldn't take the smell anymore. Went to a new hotel

To start off we reserved a non smoking room . Front desk attendant did move us, but that other room smelled of smoke and mold. Next morning woke up to two roaches walking in the wall and discovered mold all over ironing board and iron wire .

Bed was hard was not comfortable at all

Beds are HARD. Rooms were old but clean. AC is cold. Good location. You get what you pay for. We cut out stay two days short because we could not handle the beds anymore. We hurt all over.

Place was decently clean, except for a Cheeto left near the door. Couldn’t sleep at night due to a large group making noise until late and screaming in the middle of the night. I felt very unsafe.

The staff was helpful & the facility was kept clean. Room was just tight.

Floor was dirty upon arrival. Towels were not stocked, but were provided when asked. Room smells kind of moldy. Beds were clean. Everything else was clean. Room is small. Pool was clean. I honestly just expected more for my money, but staff was nice.

It was a place to stay. The beds were comfy but the rooms smelled a little musty. On the second night some people stood out side our door and made quite a bit of noise till midnight and after.

Brand new room, very nice facility, conveniently located, friendly staff.

For the prices in Destin, this may be one of the most reasonable and cleanest places to stay. The WiFi is poor, the pillows are not great and the sheets are rough - however it is really clean and somewhat newer remodel. Convenient locations (less than 1.5 miles) as the purpose of our stay was for one night visiting friends who rented one of the ocean front condos on Destin beach front.

One of the housekeepers didn’t knock before coming into my room and I was naked

The room was dirty, staff was rude as hell with the exception of the daytime customer service agent. Housekeeping never offered to clean the room and i stayed there for 4 days!

The staff was very friendly and considerate. We came back one day earlier due to a family emergency and they saw to it that we were refunded for that day. Much appreciated!

It was a fast check in.

Honestly, they were very accommodating. I needed something cheap and close to the location i was heading to the next day. I only stayed for one night, but it was very convenient, clean, and I will definitely stay again while passing through. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Truly not worth the money and I should've gone somewhere else with all of the choices around the area. The guy on night shift at the desk was VERY unapproachable, no smile and not even a hello....he just looked at me and waited for me to tell him I needed a room. Luckily I just needed somewhere quick to stay before a long drive. I stayed there about 6 hours at most and left itching all over my body with bumps. No washcloths in the room. Lights in the bathroom were flickering. When I went to check out I rang the bell and the guy eventually came about a minute later and clearly I woke him up from his beauty sleep because he was equally unapproachable...just took the key and said "that's it, you're good".

Easies check in i have ever had at a motel. Everyone was really nice and the room were super nice and clean. Will definitely be staying there again.

We got a call the day before we were supposed to check out saying that we were supposed to check out that day and that we didn’t and “that causes problems for us.” We were not happy and there response was “you’re good sorry” however the person that was there when we went to say something to the manager the other worker said that he talked to the person who called us and talked to him about looking at the reservation before calling so we were more understanding. If you stay here be sure to bring a blanket or turn the air up to 72°-75° because their “comforter” is about the thickness of a sheet.

The hotel offered an economical lodging option, though the value reflected the price point. The accommodation provided a temporary solution for our needs. However, the shower consistently experienced drainage issues after each use. Upon arrival, the room lacked essential supplies, which were promptly provided by the front desk. A significant concern arose when housekeeping began cleaning the room before the scheduled checkout time. Despite these issues, the hotel provides a generally acceptable stay.

A very clean and comfortable room. Restaurants are close, an easy walk. It was quiet here. The owner was very nice and helpful re nearby places.

We enjoyed our stay - the location was very convenient for access to the beach and the harbor. Nice enough room and fridge in the room.

We had a very pleasant stay. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping. One of our days was really rainy and we spent most of the day in our room resting and it was very comfortable.

Good location, close to all attractions. Good customer service. Decent rooms. No violence. Overall, good place to stay short term or if you don’t plan to be in your room for your entire trip.

Great location at a reasonable price.

Our stay at the hotel went just fine. The hotel is on the Main Street right in the middle of every thing. The room was clean, nice hot water, good tv chsnnels and a comfy bed. The front desk was polite and nice. We needed to wash out our motor o. The boat and the front desk got us a hose to use right there and there is parking off to the side to park your boat. If you are looking to have your needs met by a room with more money to spend on your trip there then you should stay here,

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that it rained all weekend and i didnt have the fancy swan towel on my bed 🙃 😅 😪 😒.. its in walking distance to several stores and The Shrimp Basket is right in front which i didnt realize until i arrived and its one of my favorite places to eat while in Destin. i will definitely stay here again.

Plus: EV chargers (we used), attentive front desk staff, a clean room, cold AC, hot shower, comfy beds, no noise from adjacent rooms, iron in room, hair dryer works. Well lit. Window shade effective. Outdoor pool (we didn’t use) many cable tv channels. Minus: breakfast is discontinued—dining area is a tv set storage room! 3 towels provided for 4 guests. No blanket, just sheets & light bedspread (ok in summer)

Hotels.com advertises that free breakfast is included with each night stay, but the hotel hasn't served breakfast since COVID-19 hit in 2020. Since I picked this hotel with free breakfast in mind, I'll be seeking compensation from Hotels.com. Other than that, the hotel was fine for a 1-night stay.

It was a small property and it was clean and quiet. That was the restaurant called the seafood basket right on the property.

I traveled to Destin to visit my brother who was on vacation so I never really had planned this trip to be a vacation for myself, just wanted to spend quality time with my brother. I did know, however, that I would only be using the hotel to sleep so I was more focused on affordable prices when it came to hotels. Well, as they say, you get what you pay for. Let me first start with the positives: 1. They have a decent pool. Although I did not swim, I saw people enjoying themselves by the pool. The pool itself was a bit small but clean. 2. The TV in the room was big. After a long day of activities, I just wanted to crash on the bed and watch TV. I was pleased with my experience as the TV was large with plenty of channels. 3. Again, the price was great and gave me opportunity to spend the saved money on gas for the trip. Negatives 1. No breakfast and no diners close in walking distance. When I woke, I so much wanted to get fueled up on a cup of Joe, eggs, bacon, and toast. They only served coffee. The coffee was okay. They have an updated machine that serves a selection of different types of coffee, but I don't believe proper maintenance and restocking certain ingredients gets done often. 2. This isn't really a complete negative, but there were a few shady characters staying there. I might be just judgemental but it is what it is. Still, I never felt unsafe. 3. Parking absolutely sucked. I got back at around 10 PM and I had to park at least 75 feet away from my room.

What i didn't like was there was suppose to be breakfast and there wasn't any. the only thing they had was coffee.

Sheets appeared to have a fresh red stain, long hair in the sheets, and the blinds had several stains. Also the sites state there is a Continental breakfast and that is false information

Very convenient location next to 2 gas stations, a restaurant literally in the parking lot.

We always check for breakfast to be included with our stays. Breakfast was super to be included and WAS NOT! There are even pictures showing their breakfast bar on the site. We go down for breakfast and are informed NO BREAKFAST but we have coffee! Really!! So that cut into our budget that had been alotted for other things! Also floors were sandy upon entry which means it was not cleaned properly. Which automatically makes you question what else isnt clean? Disappointed!
