El personal del hotel es muy amable, atento y profesional. Siempre están dispuestos a dar consejos turísticos, ayudar con la reserva de entradas y organizar el transporte. La atención es cálida y cercana, haciendo que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa.

Laundry facility was small than expected for a large size hotel. Apparently the name on Hotel.com was not the same as shown on the hotel outside but local address helps in AMAP search.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. It is also directly opposite the Tianmen Cableway area and the shuttle bus stops, making it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. There were very few options suitable for Western guests, and the breakfast room itself felt rather sad and uninviting.

The hotel in itself is decent. They have massage chairs in the lobby and a convenience store. It is close to the cable cars to tianmen mountain and has different shops and food spots close, also a small mall. The room was clean and we got a welcome gift which was nice. Otherwise it wasn’t anything that stands out of the ordinary. The breakfast was (for a westerner) decent but not good. We opted for eating out instead since it is cheap in china. But! The breakfast was free. The staff was very welcoming and the english speaking staff was also very warm and helped us alot. Overall: clean, neat, good location for tianmen mt.

À quelques minutes à pied de la funivia, cet hôtel est parfait pour les randonneurs. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un voyage à Zhangjiajie.
