Todo perfecto y cerca de todo.

Es un departamento muy bonito, muy limpio, en una zona muy bonita y cerca de todo … la verdad no duden en rentarlo, es muy fácil el acceso con tu llave digital que te envían al hacer check in, hay elevador y es un edificio muy bonito y moderno en el centro de Graz, la verdad tiene un diez de diez! Hay platitos, hay estufa, hay como una cocineta pequeña y puedes aprovechar para cocinarte algo, la verdad vale mucho la pena. Y es muy amplio, la verdad no lo duden. Es hermoso este hospedaje!

The location is excellent, the building is interesting looking. The odd thing is that there is no staff at the building. You must register online BEFORE you arrive so they can send you a very important link that takes you to a webpage with buttons to toggle to get into the front door and to get into the room. They will also give you a code for the front door if you don't want to use the webpage. It was interesting seeing how the tech worked to get us into the building and into our room. The glitch for my wife is that she always runs a bit hot when sleeping and she likes a window open for fresh cool air. The windows in the building are too small to effectively perform that function, so she turned on the A/C, but air conditioning is never the same as fresh cool air from outside. The good thing about the building is that the A/C works well, which is vital in Graz during warmer months. Overall, it's a great place to stay and if you are there for business, the small kitchen with a small stove, oven, and dishwasher make it ideal. One final glitch, don't try to stream anything onto the TV, it simply does not work -- I'm an IT guy and I couldn't cast my programs onto the TV from my smartphone despite being able to connect it to the TV and control the volume from my iPhone. That's something the building owners do need to sort out!
