Such a nice , cute place! Love the large fire pit and the limousine service to Foxwoods is an Amazing Plus! Would definitely stay here again!

It's an older place however it's a convenient place to stay on the weekend if you want to go to foxwoods. They offer limousine service to foxwoods which runs every 1/2 hour Fri and Sat night until 3am I believe. It's a great alternative to the high prices foxwoods charges for those nights. They also have free coffee and some quick breakfast options (bagels, cereal, make your own waffles and juice). All in all, it's a good little place.

The front desk clerk(owner?) was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was a fire pit on the property that was already going when we got there. We did not utilize that welcome perk,we did, however, use the complimentary limo service to and from Foxwoods. The free breakfast was basic,but the items offered were fresh and the area clean and the coffee was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near Foxwoods on a budget.

It was perfect for our little weekend getaway! Spacious rooms, firepit at night with plenty of outdoor seating, great continental breakfast, very accommodating! The wifi didn't work for us, but not a big deal since we were out most days! It's right on the CT and RI border so it was nice to explore both and only an 18 min drive to Misquamicut State Beach and 12 min drive to Mystic CT which we loved!

Wonderful! 10/10 would stay here again. The staff was nice, check in was easy, and this place is so darn cute!! Not what I expected at all and was pleasantly surprised. There’s a fire pit outside with a sitting area guests can use. The continental breakfast was nice, very clean kitchen area. There was free transportation to and from Foxwoods. Already looking forward to going back!

The limo to and from Casino

Cool fire pit. Rooms are a good size. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary limo to Foxwoods. Good value but it’s not a 5 star updated place so depends on what you’re looking for. Good for a quick stay, visit to the casino, or even cheaper alternative to the crappy beach hotels in westerly

We love the location and that you offer shuttle service to the casino. However, we did have to wait an hour and half for the shuttle to have availability for us. A little disappointing seeing we had a show to get to.

It was very low key and peaceful, but also had things going on like a firepit gathering and limo service to the casino. I’ll definitely come back.

The room was not properly cleaned. TOWELS were so dark and over used. Room smells old and cigarette smoke. Not good for family vacation. Don’t get breakfast you will just be disappointed.

Checked in, opened room and was hit with an awful smell. Lifted the sheets as I always do when I check in ANYWHERE and 1st bed had LONG BLACK hair - I'm blonde - 2nd bed, lifted sheets, bugs flew out. Bugs in the shower dead on the ground. Turned around and checked out DO NOT STAY!!

The eoom was terrible vwry dirty spider webs and spiders dirty under the bed stained ceiling tiles sticky furniture nasty corrosion on the table lamps just overall nasty I left at 1am could not get an answer on the phone when I tried to call to complain so I just left

Room was outdated and not very clean. Bathtub was dirty and cobwebs/spiderwebs in bathroom. If staying in the area opt to pay more somewhere else for a better quality stay. Room also smelled moldy/musky like no one has stayed in it for quite some time.

The listing for the hotel was not congruent with the actual experience. The room was dirty, had holes in the halls, water stained ceiling tiles, and smelled like mildew. We felt like we were sleeping in a dirty basement. The smell alone was so disgusting.

Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing!! However room was not very clean and certainly needed an upgrade. Our fridge was totally iced over with someone else’s food left inside! Also toilet handle was broken as well as microwave handle.

The room was dirty, the beds were sunken in, the fridge wouldnt close because the ice build up on the inside was too big. There was not enough linens for everyone.

Dusty around furniture and bed areas. A bug ran across our pillows. Microwave was dirty and mold was growing inside.

This place was full of mold, we switched from the first room to another room which still had mold all down the walls. I'm sure it took a year off of my life.

If youre looking for the Ritz Carlton, this is not it. Rooms are dated but reasonably clean. Jucuzzi was great but old. Bed was on the firmer side but sleepable. The stained cieling tiles and rusty beams gave aomething to look at. For the price you cant really get a jacuzzi king room at this price. Not terrible, but not great either. Short drive from the casino.

It was fair for the price. The breakfast had no eggs nor meat. My room had a distinct odor, most likely animal odor as I saw many family staying with the dogs. Room's walls were so thin that I could hear the conversation from the next door. Plus, squeaky sounds from the upstairs didn't help me to get a good sleep.

I only interacted with the check in clerk and that was fast and officiant. The room was just ok, room was outdated but clean. The jacuzzi tub was nice but old and it took almost 45 minutes to fill; button on the tub were broken and the shower had terrible water pressure. Bed was comfortable.

It was very relaxing. The jacuzzi in the room made the whole stay. Loved how the room had a lot of space, own entrance and balcony.

For some reason, this property never seems to have outlets that makes sense the last time I was there previous to this occasion none of the outlets work and we had to charge our phones in the bathroom this time only my outlet worked next to my bed and my daughter had to use the other outlet in my bed as well because hers was so close to the headboard that you couldn’t even plug anything into it.

The property is aging and needs an update. AC didn't work so we had windows open which made it extremely noisy.

My husband and I have been visiting this property for over 15 years now. We appreciate the Limo service they provide to, and from Foxwoods. The only problem with this property is that every time we stay there we never have enough hot water to fill our hot tub!!

Fantastic staff but room was oddly laid out, no lights or electric by bed, one side of king bed pushed up against wall. Electric outlets that did exist were loose and had burn marks-SCARY!

The place was nice, but the walls were paper thin. Our neighbors played VERY loud music until 10 at night. We heard them when they came in at 2am. Not a good experience.

Beds had foam mattresses so they were a little soft. Odd shaped room looked dated but overall clean. Phone, air conditioning/ heating unit didn’t work and we couldn’t get internet. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Was great, staff excellent

reserved and insured room was literally given to another customer on the phone as I walked in to check in. Apparently if you don’t answer when the hotel calls your phone they automatically cancel your reservation. After a two hour drive to the location I was expecting the money I paid to mean something. Terrible service!

Tom the limo driver was fantastic and probably the reason we would stay again! When we checked in, the room wasn’t 100% clean and they did move us promptly. Original room has hair in the sink, food in the microwave and food crumbs on the floor. No toilet paper either. Next room was cleaner, but comforter had stains and a hole in it. This place has a ton of potential if they had some more cleaning and small updates in the rooms (new comforters/towels). Service was great though! If you’re looking for a quick place to sleep and service to Foxwoods, this is perfect for one night. Would consider staying again.

I've stayed here a few times without incident. My last stay there was seriously unsettling. I shared my experience on cedar parks website via a google review. I encourage you to go and read it. Then read how Shawn the manager has responded to all guest reviews where someone had a less than favorable stay. That man is quite unhinged. Instead of responding with sincere regard and a desire to elevate a guests experience by offering continued improvement that would encourage a return visit, strengthen guest relations and garner better reviews (basic customer service) his responses are accusatory, belittling, sarcastic and retaliatory. In response to my own very real, very honest review he flat out attacked my character by accusing me of abusing his entire staff. I find that wildly unsettling. Especially where my only interaction with 'staff' was with him and the woman that checked me in. Absolutely and unequivocally at no time in my life would I ever treat anyone anywhere the way that man has suggested. You must ask yourself, why would someone in upper management, someone in a position to lead, someone who is tasked with setting a standard, willfully and intentionally resort to lies, insults, belittling, blame and sarcasm when they are faced with an issue or complaint? Narcissism. As long as you dont have an issue, request or complaint your stay here will be mediocre but fine. If you are referred to Shawn for any issues, prepare yourself. His behavior will leave you speechless.

Only one outlet worked in the whole unit ,floor was very dirty and unswept with garbage under the bed, the staff just gave a broom when we complained about the floor being dirty

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help us when we found ourselves without accommodation as the motel we had booked was filthy.

This property is in the middle of nowhere . Set in the woods they have circle housing. There is a fire pit and all looks well because it is fall and pretty. That was Friday , Monday comes along and no one has even checked the room but there is an envelope that I placed $20 dollars in for some house keeping and new towels. No one came , the excuse was Covid and not wanting to check on people who stay long term and if people want things they can come to the front desk. On that note I felt compelled to house keep . Well the dehumidifier vent was about to cause a fire and the air conditioner vent was the same a fire hazard. The staff had no explanation for why they don’t clean the vents including the ones in the office.. I booked a house keeping appointment for Wednesday , guess how that went? It did not because the house keeper called out (missing another opportunity for a tip). I am not sure who tips for a service that simply does not exist at all.. but there is an envelope for it like it exists .. oh yeah and the night shift worker is farm from a help and shrugs his shoulders at everything ..

The television in my room did not work, the telephone in my room did not work. When I was asked at checkout why I did not call the front desk to make a complaint, I asked him how I was supposed to do so. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Central to all the amazing spots mystic, stonington, foxwoods, westerly.

We loved the jetted tub and the private entrance to our room. Would def stay again. Convenient to both casinos and the ocean. The free coffee was not tasty... but there is a DD close. The fire pit area looked nice and was lit up cute at night. We enjoyed our 2 nights for sure. Water was hot and plentiful for the tub.

Its in a pretty quiet area, have a pizza place on the other side of the round-about, along with gas stations and few stored within like 10 minutes, I-95 is pretty close by. Room was clean and nice and the staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel looks like pictures, it is a bit dated but clean. Bed was comfy but shower is small. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors but people were quiet and respectful. You have your own private entrance which is pretty cool. Nice area, close to Foxwoods, courtyard area is a plus.

The property sits back off the road. There are trees, grass, and shrubs that make for a pleasant surrounding. The property is well maintained. At night, there is a fire pit to enjoy with other guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a woman traveling with her dog, I felt safe and well cared for. Several restaurants along with a Dunkin' Donuts are located close by. The beach and other attractions are within reasonable driving distance. I have stayed at this location in the past and intend to stay again in the future. It was an enjoyable stay and I look forward to returning next year (perhaps even sooner).

Very dirty and everything smelled like smoke. The rooms were old and dirty and the door didn't even close in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible and VERY limited selection. I would not recommend this place.

I did not like that there was not an informational sheet of some type listing the services and breakfast time. When we asked for batter for the waffles and was handed enough for two. Communal OJ and milk should be a no no due to tampering opportunities. Watch this place for signs of mis-management.

The area has potential. Quiet, trees nestled off the road. We had a basement room. Damp , stone tile floors because of the dampness. But they were actually physically damp. Your feet got wet and it was slightly slippery.very clean but needs serious updatng. No " deluxe " breakfast as advertised. It was quite pathetic actually.

The property in general was very nice. Clean & spacious room & a great breakfast (including make your own waffle) was included. The staff was super friendly. Only negative was our room smelled like it used it be a smoking room. Overall very good experience, would stay again.

First room they gave us had a non working tub and chunks of fake eyelashes everywhere. Thry gave us a new room no problem. Still wasnt very clean but better than the first. When we got up for the "continental breakfast" it was a single waffle maker, 3 types of cereal, and some bread options. No fruits or drinks, no protein of any kind. We were disappointed and left to get breakfast elsewhere. Overpriced and not worth the stay
