Property is great for being in the Garden District and a great choice other than the Hampton down the street. Hotel is right in front of the trolly line. Parking in the parking area is tight, and off a one way street, but there is generally plenty of parking during the evenings along St. Charles opposite side of the street. Hotel is a great little trendy gem - clean, great location.

Super cute decor in lobby and rooms. Firepits on patio are a nice bonus. Clean and nice extras like free bottled water and a free drink from the bar. Great staff.

This is truly a great hotel and I would highly recommend it! The entire place has a beautiful vintage vibe, and it looks just like the photos. Check-in was simple and quick. nothing particularly fancy, but very efficient. There are a few on-site parking spots, but there’s also plenty of street parking nearby, and the best part is that it’s free on weekends! The area feels safe overall, and there’s a streetcar stop right across the street. We parked at the hotel and took the streetcar to the French Quarter, which saved us the hassle of looking for parking there. After checking in, we went up to our floor. There aren’t many rooms on each level, which made it feel quiet and private. We booked a room with two beds, and it was very spacious and clean. Everything was well-prepared！the amenities were complete, and to our surprise, they even provided slippers, bathrobes, and an umbrella (which really came in handy because the weather in New Orleans can be unpredictable). They also offered a welcome drink to guests, which was delicious! If you need any additional amenities, the hotel staff are happy to help. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I loved it so much and would absolutely stay here again next time I visit!

What I loved: The decor in the lobby and rooms was the ultimate highlight of this property; what a beautiful chic updated clean experience. The cafe and fancy bagels were also 5star. The uptown location on St Charles Avenue and on the street car line was also incredible. What I didn’t like: the TV location in my room was not visible from the bed without craning my neck. Personally I don’t love logging into my personal accounts for streaming services at hotels and that was the only option. My experience with the front desk ladies was polarizing; one was perfectly kind and informative and the other was dismissive, your typical GenZ worker. Street parking in the area is confusing and no one at the hotel could explain how to street park or pay the meters during the day/night.

Extremely nice property, everything is done with intent. Staff was hospitable & the cleaning services need to be recognized. The lady who was moping and sweeping said hello and goodbye everytime I passed her. The gentleman power washing the concrete every morning was waving everytime we passed. Very good location and best coffee around.

I am a local who decided to have a staycation in the city. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Very clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. There was one hiccup with my bill that was quickly taken care of.

I loved this hotel and its location. The hotel itself is nice, quaint, definitely a chill vibe, and I will be staying here again. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to get on the streetcar to get to the French Market as well as walk to food places on Magazine Street. Look no further! This is where you want to be.

I loved this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Perhaps the only complain is that there was noise coming from the street cars passing outside and music from a nearby bar. But the beds are so comfortable that we slept like babies.

Hotel Henrietta is a lovely, comfortable, quiet hotel. Our suite was spacious and bright. The hotel staff are excellent and the breakfast fare- fresh, hand-made bagels with wonderful toppings brought us downstairs every morning!

This property is impeccable in EVERYWAY!!!!! Aaliyah deserves a raise!! She is a gem and made our stay a dream. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, patient, kind, professional, efficient… I could go on!!!! The service we received was unmatched and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Tatum, Zo, and Jordan are all amazing employees they helped me into my ride share and are just love people also providing a lovely experience. This hotel is modern, classy and very well appointed. I was truly blown away!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights on vacation and loved the hotel. Brand new, tastefully decorated, big room and comfy bed, great shower. Location was perfect for us - near the lovely Garden District and great shops and restaurants on Magazine Street, and the St Charles Ave streetcar stops right outside, to go into downtown/french quarter in about 25 minutes. However the experience was let down by the check in - we arrived at night in heavy rain after a long journey, and also weren't sure where we could park. The receptionist was on another call so we waited for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement and then we received a very functional check in, with no information about the hotel, parking, etc, so we had to push to get required information. Next morning we got a much more friendly greeting from a different receptionist, so I think we were unlucky. I'd stay here again, and recommend the hotel to others, but the owners could do with sorting out the quality of the welcome so it matches the hotel.

The property was gorgeous. Really loved it but unfortunately the staff did not match the ambience. They didn't seem to be informed about resolving serious issues (for example we had an issue closing a door and the front desk staff member sent house keeping instead of maintenance). We ended up having to pull the door with all our might for it to lock which was odd. Also when I approached the desk to grab a dental kit the front desk staff greeted me with "Checking out?" No good morning or how may I help you. Overall staff was really disappointing.

They called me the day of my arrival that there was no room for me. I was at the airport literally not knowing what to do. After much of calling back and forth. They finally decided to give us an upgraded room. How can a hotel call someone up with less than 6 hours notice informing the room cancelation. I booked this hotel since 2 months ago.

No decor detail has been left untouched. The lobby and rooms were perfection with excellent bath products, comfortable bed, furniture, and design - and all, very clean. Our checkin process was smooth, and the bar staff was wonderful. The reason that I cannot give 5 stars is due to a major oversight without any way to contact hotel staff with a room issue past midnight. I called the main line several times with no answer. This left me going to the lobby at 8 months pregnant in my pajamas to find someone to help me, of which there was not a soul in the lobby. Eventually, a security personnel smelling strongly of weed walked in (I have no issue with use, but maybe not while you’re working?) and was very kind but unable to assist me with the issue until eventually getting in touch with his off site manager. The hotel is absolutely stunning and we still had a great experience overall, but it is a major oversight to have no way to contact hotel staff during evening/overnight hours. It put a damper on the evening for sure.

I loved this hotel and its location. The hotel itself is nice, quaint, definitely a chill vibe, and I will be staying here again. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to get on the streetcar to get to the French Market as well as walk to food places on Magazine Street. Look no further! This is where you want to be.

Property is great for being in the Garden District and a great choice other than the Hampton down the street. Hotel is right in front of the trolly line. Parking in the parking area is tight, and off a one way street, but there is generally plenty of parking during the evenings along St. Charles opposite side of the street. Hotel is a great little trendy gem - clean, great location.

We are in NOLA quite a bit and it was the first time staying at this hotel. Perfect location for a Garden District/ Uptown trip. Very walkable to my fav spots like the Columns, Atchafalaya and Magazine restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.

A stunning, highly well-designed hotel in the charming Garden District, right on the trolley route. I can't say enough good things about this hotel—it's clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, we had free parking in a closed garage, and it's walkable to great restaurants and to peruse the beautiful neighborhoods. Every detail was thought through on design, convenience and comfort. Staff gave fantastic recommendations and were overall great to chit chat with. The ONLY thing I'd have changed was maybe free coffee in the morning for guests, but with everything else so wonderful, who cares! 10/5 stars!

This is truly a great hotel and I would highly recommend it! The entire place has a beautiful vintage vibe, and it looks just like the photos. Check-in was simple and quick. nothing particularly fancy, but very efficient. There are a few on-site parking spots, but there’s also plenty of street parking nearby, and the best part is that it’s free on weekends! The area feels safe overall, and there’s a streetcar stop right across the street. We parked at the hotel and took the streetcar to the French Quarter, which saved us the hassle of looking for parking there. After checking in, we went up to our floor. There aren’t many rooms on each level, which made it feel quiet and private. We booked a room with two beds, and it was very spacious and clean. Everything was well-prepared！the amenities were complete, and to our surprise, they even provided slippers, bathrobes, and an umbrella (which really came in handy because the weather in New Orleans can be unpredictable). They also offered a welcome drink to guests, which was delicious! If you need any additional amenities, the hotel staff are happy to help. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. No offer of the free breakfast. Bagel at cafe was room temp, no toasted option. GREAT latte. Info at minifridge said gratis wine and bottled water. We drank the two bottles of water in the fridge and they were never replenished. Room and bed very clean and comfy and chic. Great water pressure in shower, but water temp would shift from cold to scalding to cold during shower. Front desk and cafe staff very nice but not overly helpful with info re amenities etc.

Elegant chic boutique hotel in a wonderful walkable area called Touro. Beautiful homes surround it. Nice wine bar directly across the street and within walking distance you have Magazine street with many shops and restaurants. We felt completely safe walking in the evening to later night time. We also parked our car in the attached hotel garage. The staff at the Henrietta were gracious, professional and accommodating. We were welcomed with complimentary choice of coffee, tea or a Pimm’s cup ( light alcoholic beverage). Although small , The pretty lobby area is utilized as a cafe, work station area or for socializing. Our room surpassed our expectations. It was beautifully decorated in a retro/mid century style. Upon entering we were greeted with jazz music playing from a retro radio. Very spacious room with a large balcony overlooking St. Charles Avenue. The refrigerator was stocked with a variety of drinks (additional cost) and the countertop was supplied with different liquors and snacks. Bed was really comfortable with plush pillows making our sleep that much more relaxing. The shower was inviting with excellent Le Labo toiletries with great water pressure. The room was perfect. This was one of our best hotel stays. Would highly recommend. If you have already been to French quarters you will not miss that area.
