The perf/dollar of the hotel is excellent and I always stay here on my visit to Santa Clara / San Jose area. One good trait is that, there is an inside corridor instead of like standard motels where the room door directly faces outside. Thus sense of privacy and security is as good as hotels costing 3x as much nearby. The facility seems to be planning upgrades and hopefully the price will not go up substantially.

Liked: Microwave and kitchenette. Can borrow pots and pans, dishes. Coffee and tea in lobby as well as in rooms. Rooms open into inside hallways so I felt safe. Nice staff. Looks a bit dated but ok.

There was mold in the bathroom. The room needs remodeling as the shower faucet had crud. I believe there was traces on by the toilet, to the left; it was a line. The policy of the hotel saying they came come into your room at will or deny service at will with no explanation, was insulting. The kitchen sink is very small and hard to use. I know the hotel is a budget hotel, but a budget hotel still should have class and some kind of standard. It was a learning experience for me and a mistake one does not repeat.

Very old and outdated which wouldn’t have been a big issue if the room didn’t have so many problems. The bed side lamp didn’t work, the remote control only worked intermittently, as well as the toilet ran intermittently all night and day. Also there was black mold in the shower. The whole room just felt dirty and it definitely had a smell. It was in a good location I will give it that.

I stayed here for Apple’s WWDC25 conference. To be completely honest, the hotel is pretty dated and in need of some TLC. And in some aspects, it did make the place look pretty cool I guess…(faded old posters on the walls, specifically) I do hear that they are planning a remodel soon, so that’s definitely a plus. Overall the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I did not run into any issues at all during my stay!

I stayed in one of their newly remodeled rooms. The restroom was nice. Rectangle spacious shower, modern toilet fixture. In room sink was very modern as well. The mirror had frame ambient lighting. New wooden floors and HVAC. The remaining furniture ( bed, nightstands, tv) seem to be out dated, however it could be a temporary thing. The rest of the building is outdated but the facility has a warm vibe. Hospitality is very good. Overall my stay was quiet and comfortable.

1. The front desk guy was horribly rude & gave us a key to someone else’s room. When we told him the room was taken he didn’t believe us and called his manager. They made us wait another 20 mins for them to find another and then gave us the first room next to the lobby. 2. The room had horrible water damage and mold on the walls, ceiling, and door. The carpet was ripped from 2 sides and was sticky. They tried to paint over bubbled up water damage and it was peeling off the wall. The door to the bathroom was covered in bubbled up pain and water damage that obviously came from the bathroom. Bathroom floor was not clean . I didn’t take my sandals off to even use the bathroom. 3. The bed was HORRIBLE. Paper thin and all you can feel are the springs. The bedding is a thin white sheet and a worn out thin brown blanket. Only thing that was ok was the pillows were super soft. 4. We could hear EVERYTHING in the lobby and the people next to us. We didn’t sleep at all. We didn’t even leave our stuff in the room when we left for a few hours. I honestly didn’t even want to stay but we already paid the deposit and wouldn’t get the reservation back. The whole hotel is VERY VERY outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. The mold & water damage is unexceptable. There was another guest in the lobby upset that he was charged 3x for the same room and the staff was arguing with him for a while even after the guest showed him his bank statement. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The hotel does not have any staff at night. There's a kiosk that turns on, and a person in another country handles the check-in via video call. It seems neat, but who will help the guest when something happens at night? Wait until the morning when the staff comes in during business hours? They only clean the rooms twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

After-hours front desk is a kiosk with staff available only via video call. No issue checking-in using the kiosk. Overnight housekeeping needs had to wait until 6-8am, when staff arrives on-site. Hallways and exterior of the building wasn't impressive, but inside the room is very clean. No stains on sheets, equipment and furniture are relatively new as well. Great experience, especially for this price.

10 minute drive to the Levi Stadium, very friendly and helpful staff! I thought it was going to be way more run down for the cheap price but I was very pleasantly surprised! It was very cute! The only thing is they didn’t have breakfast when we were there in July but I think that was just temporary.

Front desk staff are considerate and very nice, very clean room, rowels ang sheets smells good, the only thing is the coffee place is dark.

Fine for an overnight stay to attend game at Levi Stadium. Had to haul suitcases up two flights of stairs. Front desk attendant and housekeeping friendly and helpful. Entire property needs renovation - many shoddy repairs evident. No breakfast.

Liked: Microwave and kitchenette. Can borrow pots and pans, dishes. Coffee and tea in lobby as well as in rooms. Rooms open into inside hallways so I felt safe. Nice staff. Looks a bit dated but ok.

What helped draw me to the property was the supposed continental breakfast that was supposed to be included. When we arrived we were advised that just days earlier they stopped doing this service. Had we known this we would have used a different hotel.

Clean property and the smell of fabulos was over powering on the hallway & room but at least it was clean. Beds were comfy. No elevators so you have to carry all things up some stairs, Didn't expect that but thankfully it was only 2 levels.

The location was the main reason we booked this hotel for our weekend trip. 15 mins from Levi's stadium and SJC airport! Grocery stores and fast food restaurants right down the street or even just a crosswalk away. Super convenient spot if you're not too picky on looks. They are currently doing some property maintenance in certain areas but they were kind enough to switch my room so that way we would not be disturbed. All good encounters with staff. Everyone was friendly and room maintenance crew is on it.

We have never experienced a hotel that required us to send a picture of our ID and take a current picture of yourself prior to check in, for us, this was different. The amazing lady that checked us in was so helpful and she was absolutely a gem, we appreciated her suggestions of things todo. I understand that they were doing remodeling at the time of our stay, it wasn’t too bad even though it was a few doors down. Our room was missing the standard things like an ice bucket, so we had to request one. TV remote never worked, even after having it replaced and new batteries. The lights on the end tables came on and flickered at their own will. When it came to checking out, they would not refund our deposit until the room was verified that we did not destroy it. Never had any hotel do that to us in all the years we have been traveling.
