Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara - Silicon Valley by IHG

Vi åkte två vuxna och två barn (8 +10år). Vi uppskattade läget på hotellet. Om man har hyrbil har man nära till affärer, Great America och dagsturer till San Fransisco. Gratis parkering och pool var bra. Frukosten var helt ok. Bra hotell för familjeresa.

Young lady at front desk was very disrespectful. Room was not ready on time, unable to check in for 1 hour past designated check in time

It definitely was not as expected. Hotels.com had a 4+ rating and that was definitely not our experience or opinion. The staff was nice and did offer some assistance. I did not like the location of the hotel, we were assigned a room where the traffic noise was horrible. The window opened about 3”, maybe that’s standard. They did however offer to change the room but by the time we returned from dinner we were too tired and also decided to checkout really early. The screen on the window was half off and the room smelled, they did give us some Lysol which helped. Bathroom was clean. BTW not a lot of great restaurants in the area.

Great breakfast and breakfast staff.
