The room itself was okay. It is an older hotel and the room had a musty smell. Bring room fresheners and keep the door open for a while every day. The bed covers were old with stains - sheets and pillow cases were fine. Towels were usually okay, but some still had long, dark hairs attached that made it so you used more towels than necessary. Housekeeping is scheduled for every 3 days (maybe). Otherwise, you take out your own trash and go to the front desk for fresh towels, in-room coffee (you need to request a pot as it is not provided as shown on the website), and any other room items you might need. You CAN request housekeeping to clean the room on other days but you need to ask the front desk to schedule it. There had been an issue with one of the rooms on the 4th floor so that the walkway was blocked off. This made it so that the best way to access our room was to either take the back elevator up (which has a different awful smell every day) or take the front one and walk the perimeter of the top floor to reach your room (which should have been a few steps from the front elevator). The fire extinguisher holders in the walkway were empty. The front desk is not staffed at times throughout the day, making it difficult to get room supplies or to request housekeeping. The place needs more staff and more staff training. Wyndham - DO BETTER!!
