It was a comfortable stay and the staff was very attentive.

The suites are well furnished and have a great kitchen area however the kitchen bin had not been emptied and there were dirty items in the dishwasher, this is not what one expects when renting. The front desk were keen to put things right and offered to move us.

While this hotel is new and nice looking, the cleanliness was terrible! The front desk staff was very friendly and help, they were visibly frustrated with the job (or lack of) done by the cleaning staff. We reserved 2 rooms: Our first room had a giant water roach in the bathroom. The other room had visible blood stains on the top comforter. One of the rooms they moved us to was poorly cleaned- crumbs on the floor, in fridge, on the counters; gunk on the shower walls. The other room had a toilet issue that we had to fix to be able to use it. Sad cleanliness issues for such a new and nice looking hotel!

No toilet paper in room. TV didn’t work. The only staff on duty tried to help but she was overwhelmed with other guests issues. She finally moved us to another room but the shower hadn’t been cleaned and there were no towels in the bathroom. When I checked out in the morning the staff on duty was more concerned about what housekeeping needed than a guest checking out. She was literally walking away as I was standing there wanting some help. I finally had to holler at her that I needed to leave and get checked out. She said “just leave the key there” and walked away. Will never stay here again and I would hope they hire some more help and some help that actually cares about the guests.

The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have towels and needed a better cleaning we were in 137. The housekeeper did not do her job. I would stay again but I will inspect room before we stay in it. Nothing worse than hair in shower.

It is a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Stayed twice and both times the shower doors would not stay closed. They open while you shower. It was the same issue in two different rooms. Don’t know if the frame isn’t level, but I mentioned it to them. First visit there was no soap in the shower, but the second visit there was plenty of soap.

Check in was great. New hotel and clean. Both rooms next to us were easy to hear through the walls. Family with child on one side and argue couple on the other. Some how went right to sleep and they woke us at 8 or so. Found one item as we were leaving a light fixture above the tub hanging down with wires showing. Yep we used the shower. No road noise on our end of the hotel.

Dothan was my half way point on my trip. I couldn’t have been “more” satisfied with a choice of hotels! Super friendly night shift Front Desk clerk and a relatively NEW hotel. I arrived late, around 10:30pm. No problem checking in at all. Definitely 10/10

This hotel says free cancelation but they will not. Even in emergency situation, they say they have no means of refunding your money if you cancel. They booked us for wrong date, then refused to fix it. Refused us a refund too. Said they do not have the capability. Tornadic activity and they left us out in the weather with no attempt to resolve their error. Do not waste your money here.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jordan and Tika went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable stay. The rooms are always very clean. We will continue to stay at this hotel as long as we travel to this area.

We were just passing through and wanted a clean, quiet, safe place with comfortable beds where we could spend the night. This hotel didn’t let us down. There was a small glitch with the room but the staff was courteous and professional and handled the issue right away. I’d stay here again if I was passing through.

It was clean because it is new. It was convenient to Northcutt field. No continental breakfast and they only had 1 ice machine in the entire place.

Helpful front desk. Place was very clean. Easy access. Would have liked coffee that was made downstairs but the service was out of business bc we ALL know the room coffee pot is a petri dish of germs. Also that brand of coffee is nasty. However, the kitchen was nice and usable IF one needed to make their own food. Bathroom as very nice. Rooms were comfortable and all the amenities were there if needed.

The room was a little small but we were not in the room much. The bed was not the most comfrontable. It was a little hard. I wished they served breakfast, but there are places to eat breakfast that are less than 5 minutes away. I would stay here again.

The hotel is fairly new so it was nice and clean and had great room amenities. It’s in a great location with nearby shopping and food eateries.

Hotel is newer and everything is fresh and inviting. Full size fridge especially nice when traveling with full cooler as we were. Staff friendly and easy access to restaurants and shopping.

This is a fairly new property, the kitchenette is fully equipped with an apt. size refrigerator, a stove top, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils. Bed was super comfortable and linens and towels of good quality. There are some restaurants nearby and shopping plaza down the road. There is an outside patio with new grills. It was a comfortable stay and the staff was very attentive.

Why do they not tell you your room key won’t work at the front door after hours? I sat there trying to get in and buzzing the front desk for several minutes and could not get into the hotel. Finally when someone answered and let me in, and after much frustration the employee half heartedly says “it only works on the side door after hours”. Cable box in my room was hanging by cables underneath the tv and was very frustrating to try to get to read my remote control.

The building was very clean and welcoming. When I arrived I was greeted by anybody who walked by and got the front desk clerk. She was very helpful and quick and sufficient. The room was very clean. From the sheets to the towels. Bed is very comfy and room stay at a very comfortable temperature. Staff was very helpful and friendly with getting sheets and towels replaced. Overall had a great 2 night stay.

On 8/28 @ 11:30p screaming and yelling began in the 3rd floor hallway. @ 11:45p I called to front desk to inform them and they excuses the behavior as ‘kids coming in late.’ I indicated that I got that, but it did not excuse the screaming and yelling near midnight. Staff said they would ‘see what is going on.’ Screaming continued to 1:30a unabated. I paid for a room to sleep in, not to stay awake to all hours of the morning.
