The room itself was surprisingly clean, but the bedding appeared to be washed in-house and had visible stains, which was concerning. The pool area was in very poor condition—the jacuzzi in particular looked neglected and uninviting. Additionally, the elevator needs serious repairs, especially for older guests who may have difficulty reaching rooms on higher floors like the third floor.” “I should have read the reviews beforehand—that’s on me.
