The toilet was dirty when I entered the room. I had to go and purchase cleaning products because the toilet seat was nasty, and the toilet had fecal matter left in it from the previous guest. The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs in the bed could be felt while sleeping on the bed. Not a place I would recommend staying. I stay in many hotels on my work travels, and this one is not a place I would stay twice.

The smell of the room was terrible. When I first entered the room the smell of bleach was overwhelming. I opened the window the tiny amount available and ran the fan on the HVAC unit to try and dilute the bleach smell. The bleach smell did go away and was replaced by a moldy wet dog dumpster smell. There is a problem with the HVAC condensate drain pan or a sewer vent broken in the wall or sewer trap not properly installed. Would never consider returning due to smell. Which is terrible geven everything else was OK. I really hope management can track down the source of the terrible smells.

The location of the motel is convenient but the grab and go breakfast was extremely disappointing! They only offer guests small (cheap tasting) muffins, mediocre coffee, below average cocoa, hot cereal packets that are designed for children, granola bars, and absolutely no fruit! I was quite shocked that this particular Extended Stay was so frugal but they are pretty occupied or full on a daily basis which means they are making a lot of money! They definitely don't value their guests enough to at least offer them quality grab and go breakfast options. muffins,

This is the third time we stayed with this hotel and we will continue to us this hotel every-time we are in Fremont it has great locate to all the places we need to go. As soon as we enter the hotel it has a clean smell and we are greeted immediately. The rooms are very clean and we are happy that it has a microwave, stove and a full size refrigerator. The breakfast is made up of grab and go type but that’s fine with us because we usually bring stuff to make in the room. The staff is always friendly and ask us if we need anything. On our trip before this one our luggage got lost and the airlines delivered it to the hotel they keep it secured until we returned from our errands

I’ve stayed in a few suite like hotels and none of them had any odors. This one in particular smelled like rats and roaches. I asked for a refund not even an hour in and the front desk said they’d give it to me but I had to call Expedia for that and I called back and said that he was going to give me a refund even though he said he would

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The linens were clean. The only downside to this hotel was the first room they gave us was outdated and appeared to have not been cleaned well. There was a bug on the bathroom door and one on the counter it appeared to be roaches. The staff immediately switched us to a new room on a different floor and this new room appeared to be way more clean and updated no signs of bugs anywhere in this room but I was still cautious. The parking lot was safe and it was a convenient location.
